A Zoom link, should have been delivered December 31, 2024 or at the very latest, the morning of, 15 minutes before the appointment. Instead, I send an email last night requesting the link, no reply. This morning, frantically i might add, I call 5 or 6 times, leave messages, sent one or two emails, not including the one I sent last night requesting the Zoom link. I was not delivered a link until 10:41am! That's no way to begin a tense discussion with the parties involved. It really set a negative tone for the mediation. I was agitated through out, it was a colossal waste of time! Rhetorically I wonder... "Could I have received a professional, productive, and a positive experience had this been a mediation that was paid for by the parties involved, as opposed to a free service?"
