Dr. Thomas Xu is the perfect example of modern medicine's systematic failure to offer agile and…read moreeffective care. I have a slipped disc in my lower back causing sciatic. I have an MRI showing this that I brought into Dr. Xu. It was around a year and a half old. Before given me a cortisone shot for pain, he wanted a second one. I asked why and he said "because it could be something else there causing the pain and discomfort, like cancer". I responded that I felt that was extremely unlikely, as my symptoms shown in the MRI I presented were quite clear, and the pain I had today was consistent with what I had back then, and that it instead being a new cancer growth over the past year is so unlikely that I found it quite comical that he would suggest that. Nevertheless, he said it was necessary. I called his office twice more after learning that a new MRI would be $1,000. I explained to them that I could not afford this and I really needed a shot in my back for pain management. Both times Dr. Xu refused. It's quite clear. Doctors like Dr. Xu are so prancingly afraid of crossing off every little box to make sure they can't get sued that they will allow someone like me, because I can't afford it, to continue to walk around in pain. Oh, and that 15 min visit with him cost $509. What a joke.

I have followed Dr Vaid from practice to practice over the past 14 years since 2012. Never did I have any urine test that did not pass in all these times, until I began to get contamination from giving my mom morphine. 2 things, It was my decision to come off morphine and on to Belbuca. I explained that I must have been contaminated, in a long story short, as by drawing liquid morphine from the bottle to the syringe, if I hadn't up sided the bottle when pulling the syringe out, morphine would spill on my hand. I demonstrated this on video using red dye. There were plenty of of opportunities to rub my eyes with hands that had a minute quality of morphine on it. I realized later that I would often did it my mom's jellybeans with out washing hands and possibly contaminating the morphine to the jelly beans to my mouth. I was giving my mom morphine 1 to 2 times per day. When I was told morphine showed up in the prior test, and they gave me another test, it showed about half morphine from before. It was evident it was a slight contaminantion. However, I immediately went to CVS and bought a 12 panel drug screen. It was negative, so I sent the urine off through CVS in a lab. Using their Gas Spectrometer, they said there was no morphine in my urine. I have all of this documented. Dr Vaid, gave me two week of medication to get out of their sight. Though Dr Vaid said he could give me the shots in my back. Dr Vaid said he would explain my contamination in my notes. However upon viewing the notes it had said that though I said my contamination from my mother's doses was plausible, it said there were high amounts of morphine in my urine. HOW CAN THERE BE A HIGH AMOUNT WHEN THEIR TEST SHOWED JUST BARELY ABOVE CUTOFF, YET CVS lab the morphine DID NOT EXIST? A HIGH AMOUNT, INDEED!! Shows up in one test doesn't show up in the test I sent it. THIS IS NOT A HIGH AMOUNT. concussions which damaged my memory for 18 months, and severe whiplash. My settlement from the 18 wheeler company was $1.2 million. Money is no issue with me. I will be suing them.
