I have great chiropractor coverage but like anything related with health insurance they may or may not be a provider. Called to verify if they took my insurance and they said yes. Made an appointment for next day. Day of visit was charged $20, they said it was for first visit, they would not touch my insurance because they do evaluation and xrays. Ok, $20 is not unreasonable so I paid. The visit is divided in 2 days. First visit: I was evaluated and educated about how they work and got X-rays... was told to make the second appointment so they could go over X-rays and findings. NO ADJUSTMENT DONE. Second visit: This visit was more like a transaction. The chiropractor tells you his findings, he tells you this is a commitment and then they sit you down and go over what your treatment plan will be. My treatment plan was for 32 months and almost $5,000 ... WAIT! I have insurance. They said they called my insurance and they did not cover, I said you are mistaken. I have great Chiropractor coverage. They said they don't take my insurance. WHAT??? I called and you said you did... no, sorry we don't. Ok, so what insurance do you take, only Blue Cross!!!! Ok, so you lied to get me in, you lied about calling my insurance, you stole $20, made me lose 2 days in appointments and want me to ignore the great coverage I have with my health insurance... these people are scammers... BEWARE!

He does not put bandaids to mask the underlying problem. Well when I show up for my appt before I could ever even speak the office manager pops out and tells me that I have a balance and if I don't pay I won't be able to come anymore! Sooo rude needless to say the girl at the front desk had already told her that I was going to be paying my balance that day. Now if I were a patient who never paid bills or had NSF pmts etc I would understand but she was totally out of line and for that rude office manger is why yes I won't be coming anymore! Oh and did I mention she said this in the waiting area where another patient was there sitting listening to her talk to me like that! I then saw 2 banks & called each. I canceled what turned out to be a loan with the first place then closed the 2nd account they opened. They said that Kinetix would have to return the loan. I sent 2 emails to the coordinator who did this, Ms.Tino after our phone call with this info & cancellation to have it in writing. No response was given from her. I then canceled my bank card just in case. Beware of this company.

Perhaps Luna is okay for minor injuries or surgical procedures however, they are totally unprepared…read moreand unequipped for major surgery physical therapy. I had a total knee replacement, and the therapist was not equipped with even the basic PT equipment such as step platforms, non-slip pads, folding chairs, foam rollers, etc. The therapy provided for joint replacement was both ineffective and rather dangerous without proper equipment. Case in point, the therapist used a resistance band that was sized wrong and with no padding and I still have an indentation near my ankle from the resistance band digging into my skin after two weeks. It wasn't a multitude of sessions at all, and I stopped immediately with my surgeon's permission after your therapist injured my ankle. Also, be careful with what you reveal about my sessions as you are venturing into a public HIPAA violation.
