There is plenty of parking, which is convenient, and the salon appears nice at first. Also, they have a nice selection of nail polish. However, my overall experience was disappointing. My usual nail tech was on vacation and I came here due to positive reviews on Yelp. I had a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. One of the nails on my left hand was applied in a way that touched the skin on the side, which caused it to lift off the very next day. I had to return to have it fixed, but I was not happy with the repair; as the fixed nail looks noticeably darker than the rest. After that, other nails also began chipping which was frustrating. I was also not impressed with the cleanliness compared to my usual manicure and pedicure salon. For example, a plastic liner was not automatically used in the pedicure tub; I had to request it. I also noticed that nail files appeared to be reused, which made me uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt like more hassle than it was worth. Due to the quality issues and cleanliness concerns, I don't plan on returning. read more

Upon entering the salon I was greeted and took notice of how clean the salon was. The ladies working the salon were nice and attentive. My nail artist was very gentle and really took her time on me to get the best possible outcome. I only went in for a regular baspedicure and this has been one of the better ones I have received as of late. My only knock is that they are unable to do French pedicures with regular polish which is my go-to. I found that a bit strange as I've never been told that before in other salons. I was still able to find a color that I liked from their wide variety but wish I could have gotten what I initially wanted. I wanted to try Luminary since I read it's healthier for your nails and I absolutely love it my nails look amazing and they feel like they can actually breathe. I used this place as an emergency since my usual spot was fully booked and could not fit me in, plus they open on Sundays which is a PLUS!! The inside is beautifully decorated. They give you coffee with crackers which is a nice touch. I got an apres set and a gel pedi. I left happy with the results, but in less than 2 weeks my nails were peeling off and gel on my feet was chipping. apres nails and gel pedicures normally last me about 4 weeks, and that's only due to growth. I had the best nail lady for a good 7 years. Unfortunately she moved north and I moved south, not a good fit. I missed her and I suffered without a nail tech for almost 2 years. Then a few weeks ago a young lady approached me and gave me her card. My daughter had been wanting to get her acrylics done and we decided to give her a try. Best decision ever! We have found our place and a wonderful nail tech in Mailen. My nails were weak and brittle, my feet needed a lot of tender love and care. I love everything about this place, the ambiance, the service, I mean coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon, come on! The products they use are top notch and so is the care. I waited a full week after getting my gel mani & regular pedi to write this review. I've been to several salons in the area that started off decent, but ended up burning their clients. And let me tell you, a week in and my nails still look brand new. The topcoat hasn't dulled, there aren't any chips, and even the cuticles still look neat. I was impressed by the spa itself, it is very clean and modern. Grady, the receptionist is wonderful. She is attentive, funny, & kind. She brought me tea on a tray with a cute little plant in a vase. The attention to detail is immaculate. I love all the color selection; and I was wowed by the OPI choices. They even have the swatches listed by name, and not a number. I don't know about you, but I remember the names of my favorite colors; especially when they look good on my skin tone, and sometimes they don't look exactly the same on a swatch. I think that might be my favorite thing about this place. Just kidding, it's definitely the whole package. Jenni did a great job on my hands & feet. I also appreciate that the music is varied, and not blasting. Another plus is you can tip on the card. I mean how convenient! Overall, it was a very relaxing & pleasant experience. My only issue is the parking lot, there is a huge section blocked off for construction, but that is obviously not the salon's fault & it's temporary.
