This is a great place to take your kids if you are trying to get them tired. There's so many things…read morefor children to do, run on, explore, bounce on and swing from. It's a lot larger inside than it looks from the outside. There are so many different options for children to play on including video games. The pizza was actually pretty good. Every employee there was smiling and super happy. I don't know how they do it because being around that many screaming, running, excited, energetic kids for hours on end would drive me crazy. Every employee was extremely helpful and courteous and very patient with all those children running around. The bathrooms were clean. The snack area was clean. They cleaned the tables off as soon as people left. I attended a birthday party and the birthday room was the perfect size. Our party room attendant was a super sweetest young man. He was so patient with everyone and did not seem annoyed by all of the screaming and excited kids running in his way while he was doing his job. He brought us everything we asked for with a smile. They are extremely organized. I love the colored wristband method. A child did get hurt while we were there and the employees rushed to help her. They were organized, they weren't frantic or freaking out at all. They had clear communication with each other. Because they were so organized and professional it kept the parents from freaking out and they kept the child relaxed until the ambulance arrived. You could totally tell this was not their first rodeo. Before I got there, I was wondering, would it smell strange because of all the little kids and the sweat, it being an enclosed building and the no shoe thing, but to my surprise, it smelled clean, I didn't see any trash anywhere you can definitely tell that they take pride in this business.

I decided to take my team to the rage room for a last team meeting as we will be going on separate…read morework assignments. I wanted to do something that wasn't traditional meeting as we always do lunch and so we decided to do our end of year meeting of something different. I booked the tickets and even got an extra bin to smash things. Upon entering we were greeted by Frank. He is such a lovely fellow. He made sure our waivers were signed and the whole party was there. He explained everything throughout. You have to wear closed toe shoes, long sleeves and clothing that goes past your ankles qnd I know why!!! Please adhere to their dress policy as it is for safety. I only wear dresses and I forgot to bring a long sleeve shirt. So luckily Walmart was across the street so I quickly went to Walmart. However, there is a thrift shop conveniently located next to the rage room which probably happened what I needed too but cheaper. I wasn't thinking as I was rushing but next time I will pop in and check it out. If you do forget your long sleeve, they do have jackets that you can wear too. Not sure if that will be an extra cost or not. But just come prepared. They make you hard at helmets for a great cause because I did get hit in the head with a big chunk of plates and glass. As once your party starts smashing things glass will be flying everywhere and all directions so make sure you keep your heart helmet on at all times. This was definitely a great experience and a great way to blow off some steam especially in chaotic work environment or any environment that she work in. It was a lot of fun to do this as a team and looking forward to come back. We also felt low-key guilty about breaking things, especially some of the items appeared very nice and we wanted to take them home haha but of course we broke them and it felt nice. Definitely coming back and enjoyed breaking things that is off limits ! My team enjoyed it.

After a very stressful couple of work weeks, my husband surprised me with a visit to the Rage Room…read moreso I could let out some frustration. I so NEEDED this. We were greeted upon arrival and the guy explained the rules and safety. We were suited up with goggles, a protective helmet with face shield, latex gloves with thicker gloves over them. Make sure you wear long sleeve shirt, comfortable pants and tennis shoes. The room had mounts so we could record ourselves, and we were able to play our own music without hearing other groups, which made it even better. The space was clean, well ventilated. We were given 20 minutes, but we managed to break everything in the two crates within about 14 minutes. That left us plenty of time to use our "weapons" on the tires and release even more stress on the dummy using our fists and legs. My husband did end up getting nicked by glass. The staff member gave him an alcohol wipe, gauze, and bandage. But he was fine. We had such a great time that we asked about group bookings. One room accommodates 4 people and the other two can hold 2 people each. This would be an incredibly fun event to host. Highly recommend for stress relief!

At first, it was going to be just the two of us, but thank goodness my friends were able to make it! This was our very first escape room. A little hard to find, but it's right behind Sonic's. I started my time of the month so my mood wasn't super great, but once the game started. It was pretty fun and we all didn't get into a fight. My husband wanted to do the murder mystery one. It's where you try to escape a serial killer before she gets to you. Room: We were walked to a room where a backstory was told about the serial killer. The room seemed bare, but if you showed a flashlight, there's lots of riddles and puzzles all over. I'm not going to give it away too much, but having four people and three clues helped so we were able to escape with 15 minutes left. Although, i think the game master gave us a free fourth clue because he wanted to go home. Lol. Would I do it again? Yes, not as often because it is about $33 a person and had a percentage off. Maybe, if they had a deal.

It's been years since we've been to Dave and Busters, and the first time ever in town. It was…read moreactually in San Diego that we first went before the one in Fresno was built. So yeah, that long. I'm on vacation this week and didn't want it to be a stay-cation. In fact, I was hoping to get away for at least an overnight trip. I was thinking, Santa Cruz, Tahoe, Lots Angeles even. I shoot my ideas over to my wife and she says, I was thinking Dave and Busters. Clearly we were on different pages. But I understand where she is coming from, and as you can see, her idea won out. We don't tell the kids where we are going. They just know we are going somewhere for lunch and that it's a surprise. We pull up and my youngest says, I've always wanted to come here! We drive past it every week on the way to gynastics so I shouldn't have been surprised. The older kids barely remember going to D&B as kids, so it's a treat for them too. We walk in and we get the biggest gift ever by a guy with his boys walking out. He has an all day pass that he wants to give to us. We can use it for tickets, but the games will be free. We come to find out that there is a 30 second freeze on the card in between uses, but we learn to adjust. But I'm getting ahead of myself. We order our food, ensuring that we order from the menu where we can get a game card. Best bang for our buck. I got the crispy chicken sandwich with Buffalo sauce. Three of my kids got cheese burgers and my wife got the wings. Everyone enjoyed their food. What my son and I really wanted was the Buffalo chicken sandwich that comes with blue cheese, but it didn't come with a game card. In addition to the free all-day card we received, we ended up with 4-$10 gaming cards, but those go quick! Like, 15-20 min. Mostly by my daughter playing games that earn tickets. My oldest is more interested in skill games. There's one in the middle where you step on lights on the ground or touch them on the wall. We did that one as a family. Lots of fun. We spent about 2 hours there. I'm sure the boys would have stayed longer if they could but my daughter was winding down. Before we leave, we pass the all-day card to another family. Let them benefit from it too

We had a surprise party here for my mom who turned 55 , Jayson and Randy who are the managers were…read moreamazing! Unfortunately I couldn't have them the whole time. Food came out on time but no mustard or ketchup or any dipping sauce came out with it. She also charged my guest a soda and I paid for unlimited soda for my guest in the contract. We repeatedly asked our server and she just kept saying she will get it. She was very forgetful the whole time. She also kept telling us she was working a double shift and that she's tired not sure why we need to know that information also she would take 25 mins to bring in our drinks and then she would say "I'm just one person I can't carry everything" which I felt was very rude and I know everyone else did. We ended up asking a gentlemen walking by to help us out with dips and sauces for the food and drinks and he did which was so kind of him. We spent over $500 on my mom's party and the server was just not the best. Very sweet girl but Brooklyn seemed like she was overwhelmed and didn't want to do it. Also my guest all had different tabs for drinks and she got our drinks mixed on different tabs and told us she couldn't fix it and if they don't mind just paying for somebody else's drink. When closing out the tabs she was telling us to leave a tip here (on the screen) and didn't give anybody receipts after we asked for them. And we find out the next day from Tere the event coordinator that there's an automatic gratuity charge of %20 on each guest tab because we are a party.. which was very unfortunate because we were not told that and we were still tipping her at the end on the card. Randy was the only one who told me when signing my contract and paying remaining balance that there's an automatic tip no need to tip. But I didn't know it applied to all my guest tabs when they were ordering drinks as well. Very inconvenient and the event coordinator should let people know there's automatic gratuity for everyone in your party and every transaction because you guys are a party. The managers were amazing but the server was not the best at all. And now I know for the future and I'll make sure to share that if you book a party here request two servers and that there's automatic gratuity in each transaction we do because we are a party.
