The sets were well done and full of character. The whole performance had us smiling. It was a great take on the now classic movie. The theatre seating is intimate, I can't say there's a bad seat in the house. The concessions were tasty and affordable. The seats themselves are not incredibly comfortable but there was plenty of legroom. My one note of caution is that the theatre is in the middle of an area very heavy populated by the homeless community. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful display of local theatre!

Large cast, nearly 30, costumes incredible from 1st class, long ball gowns & tiaras, 2nd class, the wanna-be's wearing their cheaper finery, and 3rd class hopefuls, traveling with nothing but hopes & dreams for a future. The Titanic staff & crew equally perfectly attired, (ie.number of brass buttons on captains jacket). Stage set, huge open stairways leading to upper decks, to lowest engine room where the stoker "shoveled" coal into red-glowing lighted, really smoking, fire pits. Amazing! But it is the singing and yes dancing, but the voices which carried the story, each word of song perfectly understood. We met the characters, true to real life, and hoped & dreamed with them, learned to love and hate some, as the true details played out. The Tony award winning score made us laugh, then wish for a different ending. We hoped for each, as we listened & watched. We cried for the strength & courage of these men & women, and cheered through tears after the final song. Bravo Forum! Can't wait for your November 5 2022 show, Words & Music of Diana Ross.

It's in an old building downtown and has loads of charm everywhere you look. 4/5 stars because I thought the kids play area was a bit of a letdown - it felt a bit dirty and neglected. There also isn't a cafe, which I think would be a fun addition if they ever plan on expanding or remodeling. The exhibits were wonderful though, and I thought for the price it was a great deal. Overall I'd for sure go back and if you're the kind of person that enjoys something off the beaten path, or has a love for old stories and a solid diorama, this is the place for you.

I hired Four Points for their "Portable Event," which is essentially a mobile petting zoo, for my…read moreson's first birthday. Their prices were totally reasonable, they were awesome to work with, and they were extremely professional. They showed up early and were fully prepared to setup in any location we desired. They setup a pen in the back yard and created their amazing petting zoo which for this occasion included an alpaca, 2 miniature goats, a miniature pony, a miniature donkey, a 2-week-old baby lamb, a duck, a chicken, and a bunny. The animals were clearly loved, well looked after, and clean. They are a family business and all 4 of them came (Mom, Dad, son, and daughter). Everyone had a specific job so things were safe and fun for the kids. The kids LOVED it and we got pictures that will last us a lifetime! If an animal left a dropping (which they will) it was instantly cleaned up off the grass! At the end, they left my yard EXACTLY the way they found it with absolutely no evidence that a petting zoo had ever been there. Not one rogue alpaca poo! Every parent came to me asking for their information because they wanted to book them for their next kids party. I can't wait to take my son to their ranch because the pictures on their site look amazing! These people are professional, the animals are friendly, and the combination of fun and education is something both parent and child can appreciate together. I think they should change their name to Five Points Ranch though because they are clearly a 5 star place!!!

Last weekend Lisel and I attended our first "Tweet up" with our Twitter friends at the Kechi…read morePlayhouse in, you guessed it, Kechi Kansas. It happens it was also the first time we had ever attended one of these little community theaters. I have to say it was a lot of fun! The theater is a converted old Methodist church. The building itself was constructed in 1920 and Misty Maynard, a local theater talent, made it into the Kechi Playhouse in 1983 and has been putting on fine productions ever since. The church was a small one with about 14 pews sitting 7 to 8 persons apiece and the originals are still used today. Cozy is the best way to describe the atmosphere. Playing Saturday night, 8/22/2009 , was "Tons Of Money". A comedy involving a scam to fake a death in the family in order to gain an inheritance. The plan goes awry from the beginning and the hapless couple end up having to fake two deaths and a live relative. When the real relative shows up it casts doubt on the whole plot from the lawyer in charge of distributing the money. It's very funny and had us laughing all night. The show lasted about two hours and cost us a measly $10 each. Well worth it for the huge amount of entertainment we got.
