I ordered these flowers the morning of prom when talking to the worker I asked if they had any premade that could be picked up. They said that they could have my order ready by 2 that gave them a couple hours. I paid $60 for flowers that were wilted and no cute filler flowers. My son was the one to pick them up and I didn't see them until he was giving them to his date. I kind of feel like it was a waste of money I do appreciate them making them, but for the quality of them, I would've rather have had them tell me they didn't have time. read more

I stopped by today with my 4 y/o and baby to have a look around. We loved walking around and seeing the fun little trinkets and gifts they have throughout the store before you even get to the flowers. The whole store is filled with the smell of fresh cut flowers, it is very enjoyable! One of the store associates came over to welcome us in and let me know they keep suckers in the back for littles if they want one then offered to help my 4 y/o design her own bouquet with the base we chose! She had a blast choosing colors and even got invited behind the desk to watch the florist put together her final piece. Great atmosphere, highly customizable, great customer service. I called to have flowers delivered to my sister in a nearby assisted living center based on the center's recommendation. They were great! They offered to buy any treats at the grocery store to deliver with a gorgeous spring bouquet of tulips, irises and daffodils that would brighten anyone's day. They included chocolate mints and string cheese, which my sister loved. I really appreciate their help when I couldn't physically be with my sister. The Painted Daisy= the cutest flower shop EVER! I absolutely adore this place and the staff. The flowers are always fresh, the customer service is always wonderful and they come up with some super creative arrangements. I love waking in here and being able to explain to Tina what I'm looking for and what flowers I would like and she makes it all come to life for an affordable price. You can also take in a vase that you may have laying around and have an arrangement made so that way you don't have to pay for another vase. I called them up about noon on the day before Father's day to deliver flowers or something to a nearby assisted living center. They were friendly and helped me figure out what to send, even surprising me by texting a photo of the creation after we got off the phone. The person who took the order remembered that I said "he likes jazz" and so added a ribbon with music notes on it. And the plant creation was delivered within 2 hours of calling. This was the worst experience ordering flowers I have ever had. When you order flowers, it is an extension of your emotion and a beautiful way to reach out when you can't physically be there for a sad or joyous occasion. You would think a flower shop had realized the concept of sending flowers when it's their business.... I specifically requested monochromatic red or yellow all the same flower in a short square vase. For $50.oo they sent blue purple and white carnations, baby's breath and other wild cheap weedy looking flowers. They assumed the purchaser would never see the product. I have to say this place has great service!! I currently live in CA and my sister is attending college in Utah and I thought I would send her flowers for her birthday. I have never visited Utah so I was not sure of which flower shop to contact but after talking to a friend who also lives in Utah she highly recommended this place and I am glad she did. I ordered the birthday mug and my sister sent a picture and it turned out great. I called the store to make sure my order was received the day of after ordering online and they were very helpful and friendly and made sure my sister got the flowers on time.
