we used sweet pea floral for my sons wedding. the bride requested a bouquet with greenery and draping which was not anywhere in the bouquet. the biggest issue though was that it literally looked like they grabbed a bunch of flowers, squished them together and wrapped a ribbon around the stems. there were tons of flower heads and leaves squished in between the stems. it looked terrible. I FaceTimed my parents who picked up the bouquet while they were at the shop, but it was hard to tell In the video of it was made correctly so they brought them home. that was my mistake. when the bride saw the bouquet later that night and we pulled it out of the vase, that is when we noticed it was made wrong and how terrible the squished flowers looked. my sister had to dig out as many flower heads as she could to make it look presentable. the middle of the bouquet was also "sunken" like an underbaked cake so she had to fix that as well. the other issue was when we were talking to the owner, Amanda, during the original consultation she said she would only charge us for for the stems on the bridesmaid bouquets but they charged us 30 dollars per bouquet. I went into the shop and spoke with Amanda who was very apologetic and said they would refund the bridal bouquet as well as the bridesmaid bouquets. the next day I got an email from the co-owner, Tina, who was very rude and unapologetic. she would only refund for the labor on the bridal bouquet and would not honor the conversation I had with Amanda. the flowers were terrible. I also found out they had another wedding that day, and also admitted they should have clarified with the bride on what the bouquet should have looked like as in the original proposal it stated there should be greenery and there wasn't any. at the very least I could have paid cost for the flowers in the bouquet. but tina didnt care that they ruined the wedding flowers or that they messed up completely on them. But either way, Tina was unapologetic except for saying " I'm sorry the bride was sad". There was no accountability for the way they sent the flowers off or for making it incorrectly. she was very short and rude in our interactions and would not honor the full discount that the other owner Amanda had promised. Highly disappointed in their customer service, their attitude, their floral arrangements and their lack of accountability. read more

This shop is ah-mazing. I was in a bind with time for getting a floral arrangement, and they were kind, accommodating, and professional. The arrangement they made was absolutely stunning. I live out of state and my daughter attends UVU and she was turning 21 years old. I had a vision of giving her a box of 21 long stem baby pink roses. Every where I called no one had a long white box to put the roses in until I called Sweet Pea. They knew exactly what I wanted, and they were able to deliver it to my daughter exactly how I wanted. It worked my daughter was crying when she received her 21 long baby pink stem roses in a long white box with a large pink bow. Thank you for delivering my vision. read more

Placed order online, got two different confirmation emails. When we went to pick up, they didn't have our order. The manager was super hostile and blamed us for them losing our order form. They called us later about picking up the order we had already picked up in store after their posted hours. The corsage fell apart almost immediately. The flowers were just poorly hot glued onto the bracelet and fell off before the dance even started. For what we paid, definitely wouldn't recommend. read more

Thank you to Tina monson and the staff at Sweet Pea Floral. my wife unexpectedly extended her stay in Utah so that we were separated on her birthday. This brought about a poor planning incident on my part, but it occurred to me the night before that I had to get something delivered to her on her special day. I went on Yelp searching for "Flowers and Gifts" in American Canyon and found Sweet Pea Floral, and I went on their website and found an arrangement called "Sweet Smile" which included green Hydrangea, Mondial Roses, and Pink Alstroemeria in a glass vase. Adding to the order a mylar balloon and a package of chocolates, I set the delivery day for the next day. By lunch time I got a email confirmation thanking me for the order. So I knew that they were working on filling the order and it was good to know that my order had a status. By 4:00 p.m. I got an email verifying that the flowers had been delivered and a request to know how well they did. I got a call for my wife saying that she was very happy and satisfied with the flowers and the people that she were with were also liking the flowers also. Whew! I made my wife happy and stayed within a reasonable budget. Thank you for Tina Monson and her crew for fulfilling the order on less than half a day's notice. This business is phenomenal. I had previously ordered a flower crown online for my wedding and it wasn't going to make it on time so I did a last minute order through this shop (I ordered Saturday a half hour before they closed and asked for the crown to be ready by Monday afternoon) and they blew it out of the water. The crown was perfect and they were so patient with me. Couldn't recommend more. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to the hospital, and between the time I called, and when they delivered them was less than 2 hours. The arrangement was beautiful. Then I ordered from them again, also to go to the hospital, and I accidentally gave them the wrong last name. My siblings and I live out of state and have sent flowers to our mother multiple times before. Would 100% recommend this place to everyone! My best friend's wedding was on a Saturday afternoon and the rose petals for the flower girl were forgotten as well as a basket to put them in. I stopped here to get the petals and mentioned I needed to find a basket as well. The sweet women working there went through their storage and found a little basket just the right size then went outside and spray painted it white for me. Last week my husband and I ordered a bouquet from sweet pea for his grandmothers funeral. We were anxious to see how it would turn out, as all we did was pick out some flowers and left it up to the shop to put it all together and make it beautiful. When we arrived at the viewing on Tuesday night and saw the finished product we were absolutely blow away. It was one of the most beautiful bouquets we had ever seen and was more than we could have ever hoped for. We had many people tell us they were the most beautiful flowers at the whole funeral and we couldn't have agreed more. I have ordered flowers before from various places around the country and this was by far the best experience I've had and the result was phenomenal! They really did a killer job on the Mother's Day floral arrangement I had delivered to my girlfriend (from her kids, it was their idea). Usually around Mother's Day florists do their best to gouge you on price and I was fully prepared to pay a premium price for these flowers. However, they did such a great job! The arrangement is so well done, and good size for the price and the delivery was on time as promised. I mean, this place totally earned their 5 stars on Yelp today! read more

Have had several great experiences here. Ordered flowers on the busiest day of the year (V-Day) and though I had to wait a couple minutes to get them when I arrived they were stunning. They even threw a nice chocolate and rose pedals for making me wait. Wife loved it all. If I ever need flowers in Utah this is where I'm going. read more
