In the initial site visit/estimate we got to learn about Hansen painting co in which Jerome after 30 years of industry experience started his own company. Jerome was friendly, easy to talk to, detail oriented, professional and had a great sense of humor! He ensured in our meeting that we understood his process and had a clear understanding of the work he includes - as well he made super helpful suggestions regarding paint brands, finishes/sheen and helped my wife build confidence in all color selections. Jerome scheduled the work 2 weeks out. The first day they taped, covered everything and got right to it. Jerome was on site with his employees working with them the whole day and it was clear the respect his whole team had for him and how they adopted his values and craftsmanship. Jerome and his team finished full interior paint on our 3000sqft home 2 days ahead of schedule! We immediately called to have several problem areas fixed. We have emailed and messaged electronically several times. He did respond once stating he would get to it but that is all we have heard. Now he is outright ignoring any form of communication. He presents himself as conscientious and responsible but do not be fooled. There are 37 problem areas that need to be addressed. He has mixed flat paint with trim paint, there is paint on our carpeting, the light switches were never painted, the hardware on doors is covered in paint, there is wall paint on the ceiling etc. All of this could have been corrected in a few hours if he followed up on his work.
