He was also not transparent about disposal fees until he was already on site and there wasn't much we could do about it. Not only did he lack transparency, but his overall professionalism was lacking. We had to ask, multiple times for an invoice for our records. The invoice terms stated Net 30 but he began harassing us to pay the invoice via text and email within hours of sending the invoice.

It included replacing two skylights, so I had a lot of questions for Matt and Hailey, and every one was answered within a day. Our past experience was hit or miss.
