PLEASE READ!!! Two weeks ago (a year and a half later), I had quite the laundry list. I had a bunch of new electrical work I needed to get done, then needed some paint and patching, and was getting new flooring for a room. I call a general contractor or two - quote me for 5 weeks of work, and crazy expensive. I call Matt. He did work 18 months ago, as I stated out in my previous review, was top tier. So I call him and tell him I'm gonna need patching and painting, and I'm looking for an electrician. So once I get the electrician sorted, I'll set up the painting and patching. Matt goes "well, I'm basically general contractor now. I have an electrician, let me give you a quote." Two days later, I get a quote for everything (excluding the floor, not yet discussed with Matt) for half of the price, and can get it done in 4 days, not 5 weeks. I'm not a fan of living in a work zone over the holidays, and I like saving my money, so it was the easiest yes I have given in a long time. 4 days later, I have a 4 person crew starting electrical work. What a great turn around. Main electricians name is Eddie, awesome guy. Second day, patching crew shows up with the electricians and the rest moves like clockwork - room electrical finished, patching begins with other crew. This goes into the third day. Electricians finish and final patching is done and painting begins. I tell Matt I'm buying flooring and need an installer for 300 sqft of laminate for our new bar/ library room. He says no problem. Fourth day, painting finishes up, and Matt himself is here helping the crew. Love to see it. Everything finishes up and he awaits my call for the flooring to come in for him to rip up the carpet and install. Flooring comes in middle of the next week, he's here two days later, himself with a coworker, putting in this floor. All in all, 5-6 working days for ALL of it. 4 days as promised, plus another day and a half or so for the flooring removal, install, and trim work. Quality: Mindblown. Absolutely incredible. The electrical: Eddie and his three other electricians did incredible work. Recessed lighting in my living room, office, bar/library, kitchen, and laundry. All on the first floor and opening up my ceiling and running wiring through joists. They made minimal cuts and the work is amazing. He's coming back Monday to install the two fans for the bar that were on back order. The paint and patch: They had to level out three rooms of ceiling from removing popcorn texture - perfect. Patched and repainted without a miss. They patched everything the electricians did as well. They then even helped paint our powder room. Incredible work. Flooring: install was way better than I could have hoped. I installed laminate in our master bath a year ago, and I wish I had them do it. Walking into our bar addition room is incredible. No gaps in the flooring. Trim work is equally impressive. Overall: Matt continues to amaze me. I ran up quite the bill and added on some more scope through the days, but he and his crews came every day and work their tails off. They asked me questions to make sure I liked what they were doing along the way. If you need anything done, call Matt. He does everything, and he does it better than anyone. The job was painting all the walls in 3 level house, trim, stairs and ceiling of two floors. Matt was extremely professional and courteous. His prices were competitive with the market. He did a good job and the few things that needed touch ups and fixes he came back and did that. Matt is true to his word on coming back to address any issues, but stay on top of it. I had to reach out a few times to schedule the revisit but I think a lot of it was summer schedules. I'd recommend Matt and his team. read more

We had just moved into a new home with 9ft ceilings and after we tried painting ourselves it looked streaky and the stairs were pretty much impossible for us to paint ourselves.
