We come back down to Hurst every summer just for him to be able to take classes for a week. All of the instructors are patient, kind and caring. They want every child to do their best and be proud of their work. I love to go in a few minutes early for pickup just to hear the instructors working and encouraging the kids. The instructors are always positive and upbeat. I have not met one student or a parent of a student to ever say a bad word about Art Castle and the teachers. Your children are in excellent hands and will come out with a great experience and love of Art.

She let us hang out and talk in the beginning, and take breaks in between to let the paint dry while we visit. I love her pacing with leading us through the steps. It's definitely not rushed and she gives us time to catch up and ask for guidance. It was so much fun, so relaxing, and I can't wait to do it again. A M B I E N C E Mary has a very lovely studio, very spacious and perfect for a small or slightly larger group. There is a fridge, bathroom, sink and extra space that can be used for setting up tables for food (bring your own). Wall Hoop Craft class which was taught by Maddie. Maddie walked us through how to make the wall decor, as well as shared tips and tricks with preserving flowers. We took turns, cutting the supplies and picking out the dried flowers for the arrangement. Salt and Light provided light snacks and drinks which was a nice gesture. The class took about an hour and the wall decor turned out lovely. I look forward to attending my next art/craft class at Salt and Light Collective.

Steps are easy&our group of crafty to non crafty all did successfully. They provide a stencil for you to paint over. Will you find a cool wood project? Absolutely! Plenty of styles to choose from, so everyone is sure to find something to love! (Ex: wooden home sign, crates, kitchen trays, menu board, etc.) What about paint options?
