I was searching for someone to apply ppf to my new vehicle. I don't have a sporty car, just a regular everyday vehicle. I called a few places but was given short answers and made to feel foolish for asking questions. I contacted ATD in Chesterton and spoke with Bryan Johnson, the owner. The business line is his direct number and he answers and returns calls himself. Bryan invited me to come see his shop after answering a number of questions I had on the phone. My visit was pleasant, informative and educational. He wasn't pushy at all, he wanted me to be informed. I was initially surprised at how clean the shop was and I noticed a large whiteboard with positive statements added by himself and his employees. This was definitely not the norm. While I was there I was able to see the various stages of the XPEL ppf application process. My decision to have ATD apply XPEL ppf to my car was easy. Bryan took the time to talk with me and didn't make me feel foolish for asking questions. I called to set an appointment but his team had a lot of work and was scheduling a month into the future. Bryan said he had an idea and would call me back. He asked part of his crew to work on a weekend to get my car protected as quickly as possible. Not many places will do that. I dropped my car off the next Friday night. When I picked up my car, Bryan went over all of the covered areas with me. I went back after a month for a check up and will continue to stop in yearly as Bryan suggested. If I see any area of concern, Bryan assured me he would look at it immediately and take whatever action is necessary to have it resolved. I was provided with a document to drop off with my car insurance company showing that the XPEL ppf was applied. This was the easiest and most positive interaction I've had in a very long time. ATD treated me more like a friend than a customer. I will continue to refer ATD in Chesterton to anyone who will listen. They set the bar very high and don't disappoint.
