I had surgery on my right knee torn minmicus and the doctor only removed part of it and had to have another surgery 6 months later by JOI and they said that I will have problems with my new due to the first surgeons mistake and now I went to Mayo and they said that the surgeon also cut my cartleg and now have bone on bone and have to have a total knee replacement. the first surgery was done in 2022 has my statue of limitation run out for a law suitr. This is only a review for an initial phone call. The representing was courteous and they answered the ozone immediately. They did say nobody was available to answer my questions and when asked if there was a better time, I was told nobody is in that office that can answer my question. The question was about the steps I needed to take to sign with them and what the contract would look like.
