I sent a package through this company over 3 weeks ago, and somehow they completely lost it. After waiting all this time for answers, I was told that they would only refund the shipping cost and not take full responsibility for the lost package itself. That is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When customers trust a shipping company with important or valuable items, they expect accountability and proper handling of their packages. Instead, I was left dealing with stress, wasted time, and poor customer service. The guy working U-Haul was incredibly rude today. Zero customer service. Had to call U-Haul and get my reservation changed to a different location because he would not give me keys even though it had been in the system for 2 weeks. I have never experienced such bad customer service. read more

An overall bad experience. 1) I reserved a moving van 2 weeks in advance but when I showed up, it was relayed to me that I was never assigned a vehicle. Luckily, someone returned one last minute which they handed over to me but it still delayed me 40min which caused my movers to have to move on before finishing unloading my boxes. 2) I was charged SafeMove insurance when I never opted in for it. 3) I was only given half of the furniture pads that I had purchased. 4) When I called customer service to get a refund, I spoke with a very rude woman named Denise who didn't issue my dispute correctly and ultimately hung up on me. It wasn't until I left a review on her was I issued a $50 refund for the entire inconvenience. Pros: 1) The man at front desk was nice. read more

I needed to ship valuable and historic family china from Atlanta to my daughter in San Francisco. I was very nervous about breakage. The owner and Kimberly put all my worries at ease. They were very helpful and thorough throughout the entire process. The complete set arrived in perfect condition because of the care they took in packing each piece. It took my daughter HOURS to unpack because of care and thoroughness that went into preparing these heirlooms for travel. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Went in for a notary stamp on some important documents, called before hand was told it would be $5 per notary. Printed off a couple pages on the local computer and had them stamped. 1st time the lady at the counter went to stamp them she messed up the stamp and told me to reprint them. I did so, she finally got it right and gave me the bill. Got the bill, almost $25!! Noticed I had been charged for internet, printing the pages (neither was mentioned beforehand) and they tried to charge me for the pages I had to reprint due to THEIR mistake!! Absolutely unacceptable, will never be back. They're going out of business anyway, save your money and your sanity. read more

Arrived at 9:55am to pick up a reserved truck to a lit up OPEN sign but the door was locked with a sign that said be right back; after waiting 25 minutes they decided to show back up. Only the truck we reserved apparently hadn't been returned so we had to settle for a different size. read more

Had a horrible experience shipping through this Pak Mail location. It took 2 months for my package to arrive at its location. Angela was the employee I dealt with and she gave terrible customer service. She told me she would help me track my package but never updated me on where it was. Then she said she would ask her manager to help locate my package but then never called me back like she said she would. I never like to complain because I worked in customer service for 9 years but this was just ridiculous. read more
