The trucks do not have any type of locking mechanism and are left in an open, unsecured lot away from the facility which is prime for gas syphoning. Even if you top off at their tanks, you will be held responsible for a tank "less than full" if you walk away without your contract closed or use the drop box. Beware - you have been warned.

I am disappointed in the service I received when picking up print orders placed on June 25, 2021 and August 23, 2021. The order placed on June 25th was not ready when I arrived at the store, even though I called in advance after the order was due to be completed and was told the order was ready for pickup. When I got to the store, the associate had not started the print job. I waited in the store close to 30 minutes then left and came back for the order later that day. The order placed on August 23rd was not ready when I called to check the status of the order two hours after the order was scheduled to be completed. During the call, the manager told me they had issues opening the documents included in the order and offered to waive the cost of the print job. The manager didn't keep his word to waive the charges even after I emailed the stored to notify them that the charges had processed on my credit card. The store may be fine to drop off packages for shipment, but take your print order elsewhere.
