Definitely 5 stars with every encounter I've had. The office people are nice and honest. Pretty painless, easy and fast experience each time. There was even one time where they didn't open when the hours stayed they will do I had to call ahead and mentioned this to the guy and he actually owned up and said it was him who was supposed to open but wasn't able to on time. Rude front desk staff. The gentleman at the front desk seemed like a nice guy but the other lady is super rude, lazy and not good at her job. Unwelcoming and rude tone. She did a few mistakes while filling out the paperwork for a mail I was sending to other country. Kept telling her it was not correct and she kept choosing wrong options on my behalf. She put a paper in front of me at the end to validate the details. She blocked the mistakes with a permanent marker and asked me to sign. I caught them and asked her to correct. She told me that the computer wasn't letting her. She lied to my face! Jesus christ!! Poor listening skills. Indifferent. Lazy. Incompetent. Can't do simple tasks. Can't focus. Gets easily annoyed. Unwilling to help. It was a hassle to work with her. She got agitated that she had to redo it again. she corrected it this time. It was uncomfortable, unwelcoming, awkward and awful experience. Bad bad service. Will stick to ups or fedex. Never going there again. read more

I showed up and had to ship an overnight package before 4:00 PM (showed up at 3:50). Steven went above and beyond. He throughly packed the item to prevent damage. His competitors would have mailed it they way I brought it in. read more

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I was connected to this store to receive my mail through PostScanMail.com which is a great service however, everytime I go into the store and Dave, the owner, is there, he is always very hostile towards me for some reason. In July, I was given 12 days to add additional recipients to my mailbox before they cancelled my mailbox. I tried emailing, so that it would be in writing, but no response so I got PostScanMail.com involved and they were able to work out a resolution with the owner. I went by the store and was told that they refused to accept some of my mail however, when I asked some of the senders if they got returned mail, they said no!! What happened to my mail?? I went by there today and I was told that TODAY my mailbox account would be cancelled TODAY. I asked why, Dave said because he hadn't received payment from PostScanMail.com for the additional recipients, something that I agreed to pay on August 2, something that I thought was resolved a month ago. I tried to show him the email, I read a portion of the email to him. On top of that, he couldn't locate a piece of mail, a check that I'd been waiting 3 months for. When I walked into the store today, he didn't acknowledge my presence, no worries I thought, everyone has different customer service styles. I asked for my mail, he couldn't locate one piece, the piece mentioned above so he asked me to step to the side to assist another person, he said he would finish helping me right after. I told him that I already agreed to pay the additional money, which totaled all of $30 whole dollars to resolve the matter a month ago. There must have been some confusion but it could be resolved. He was so rude to me today. He told me that there were other people in the store that he needed to help and tried to brush me off. It was pretty embarrassing. I asked for him to please give me the additional piece of mail that he couldn't locate. I asked him, sir, please give me my mail. He acknowledged that he was refusing to provide me with my mail because he didn't have time to look for the mail and that he would have time in 3 hours. If you need a reliable mail service and are a small business owner, find another company. I now have to locate another mail service and contact all of my vendors to update the address. Besides that, they will throw your mail away, they won't return to sender. It's just sad. read more

The owner Dave (he's been the owner now for about a year) is very helpful, you can call the store and ask them to check your mailbox so you don't make a wasted trip. I feel the prices are fair for the level of service you get and the convenience of having a parking lot unlike some other mailbox rental places/shipping stores. You get a better price if you sign up for 6 months, 1 year or 2 years so I recommend signing up for a longer term, I myself chose 1 year. read more

Had one of the worst experiences with racism at this store. This center throws away people's mail at their discretion which is a federal crime. Dave who manages this center refused to notarize a document that was needed to verify the mailbox I've been paying for 2 months but not using. He informed me the reason for not allowing me to finish the sign up process was because I told him throwing away peoples mail was a federal crime. Upon refusing to sign me off for the final step to gain access to my mail, he then told me to call the police if I wanted help. A police officer had to come "make" him comply to notarizing the forms I needed for the final step to pick up my mail that was already there and which point I was overwhelmed and left instead. I will be contacting Georgia notary Departmemt to file a complaint, in many states refusing to notarize a legal document for other reasons than suspected fraud or not being able to identify a person identity is not allowed as a notary is a public servant. I felt so disgusted I don't feel comfortable returning to this business but will be tracking all the packages I have already in route. If I see the packages aren't returned to sender and instead thrown away I will have to call the authorities on Dave choosing to commit a crime. read more

Wow! What a clean and friendly place. We are adopting and needed fingerprints. We were able to make an appointment that conveniently fit our schedule. Dave was extremely efficient and very helpful. He was very professional and meticulously cleaned each piece of the equipment. We had state finger prints done at a local ups office and that was a totally different experience. Even with social distancing and safety precautions you can still be kind and helpful as was Dave. Go here for all of your FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon, notary, shredding, field print and shipping needs! Much friendlier than our local usps stores as well. read more

I went here to buy a cardboard box. The man at the counter made up a price of $20. When I looked at him like he was crazy he reduced the price of the cardboard box to $15. He then explained to me at length about how good he is at his job. That many people drop off their packages and he helps them with them. I explained that I just wanted to buy a box. I was going to ship my packages from this store because it's close to my house, but now I will be driving across town to avoid the terrible service here. And he was a real jerk face. read more
