I had a wonky situation with a heavy pachage. She was able to assist patiently and assisted with my lack of tech savvy, and made things happen!! Thank you!! Also while I was there, a young woman came in and discussed sending two bags of medication. This patient worker helped this woman determine she would have a better result with UDPS. read more

Stopped by this Pak N Mail to drop a package and a letter for the husband. The minute I stepped in, I was greeted cheerily by the sales lady. She helped me right away with my drop-off and I was back on my way in no time!! Small shop but well-organized and maintained. Suitable for all your packaging and mailing needs. This store over charges for mailing packages. I found this out quite accidentally. I had 2 oversized identical packages to mail. Pak N Mail charged me $75 for the first one. The second one I mailed at the UPS store on West Main. They charged me $35 for the exact same package going to the exact same address. I have only been using Pak N Mail to drop off returns. Today I brought in an Amazon return, and they won't take those anymore. She insisted I had to go to the UPS store to mail an Amazon return. I will never darken their door again. read more

We used Pak n Mail's mail forwarding service for about 12 years. We had several issues with them during the last year, 2020. No mail was forwarded to for 2 separate months. The second time we did not receive forwarded mail, the county had sent a bill that is only issued every other year. Who would automatically remember that fee, especially since it is hotly contested by the payers as being illegal. The bill was sent in the beginning of November but was never forwarded to me nor was returned to the county as undeliverable. The first I heard of this bill was 8 months later when the county emailed me a copy of the second notice they sent to my PMB for non-payment with a $24.50 late fee added and stated that Pak n Mail had returned it to the county marked as "Unable to forward". There is a specific time after "closing" the box that a company is required to continue forwarding the mail. Had the first bill been forwarded there would have been no problem. Their negligence cost me $24.50 extra, and destroyed my opinion of them. Even if the time that they were required to forwarded any received mail had passed, one would think that 12+ years of patronage would mean something. It would have taken no more time to write "Forward" and then my new address than it was to mark it undeliverable and send it back to the county. They could have even called me and told me that it was there and then informed me that out of courtesy they would forward it to me. I would have still incurred the late, but I would have given them 2 stars. Management changed during the time I was having problems with them and apparently the new management is not as trustworthy or diligent in serving their customers as the previous management. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! read more

I'm helping my mom clean out her house and we came across lots of old bills and medical record that we wanted to have shredded. I called pack and mail and was quoted a price of $.18 a pound over the phone. I took one file box there to have a shredded and the lady wanted to charge me two dollars a pound which made my one box $48. That is ridiculous. I called A to Z mobile shedding and he's going to come two my house and shred over twice as much for $15. read more

He joined two of his hired men to help with the move. They were courteous and efficient. I have to give an extra shout out to these men: they took out our old washer and dryer and set up our new ones. The washer needed a different plug-in and one of the men knew how to replace it. Lucas then took our washer and dryer to Restore on his own time. That is excellent customer service.

She choose to get a hotel for the night without informing my friend or that she would be expected to reimburse the expense. When we met Leisa, I confirmed we wanted a mix of pictures involving all of us, solo and groups. At no point did she state she would be charging an additional $250 for a second adult. After we realized the hour was up and we were going over time, the Leisa said not to worry about it and continued to shoot us in 3 different locations over the next 3 hrs (4 hrs total). During the shoot, she and her assistant were very friendly, but a little unprofessional in terms of sharing about their lives. I don't need to know about your failing marriage or how your parents died and you lost the family business. She continued to reference her studio and that we should book time with her the following day. She brought it up roughly 4-5 times and appeared to be desperate. I have been doing non-professional costumed shoots for over 3 years. I have a basic idea of how to pose and what angles look good on me. My friend does not have that experience. Leisa provided very little direction and what she did was mostly centered around asking her to be more sexy, which is a little uncomfortable with my friends 12 and 13 year old sons standing 10 feet away. Almost 2 weeks later she emails my friend 20 photoshopped images without any consultation on what 20 images we would want. She is asking for an additional $550 for the raw images and to compensate for her hotel room, as well as mileage. Rather than contact my friend via phone to discuss the images/pricing issues after she changed her mind, she blocked her on all forms of social media and messaging. Her husband then contacted my friend via Facebook and threatened to sue her, as well as making statements about knowing how to find her.

He clearly states what he intends to do, then does exactly that: shows up when he says he will (texting us in advance that he is on the way), evaluates the issues, shares his recommendation and quote, then does the agreed-upon work with surgical precision. His high level of skill and quality results speak for themselves. He provided efficient work at an exceptional value for the cost. Ben installed our two new toilets and repaired related plumbing, replaced a leaking kitchen disposal, repaired under-sink kitchen plumbing to accommodate a new reverse osmosis hot and cold water on-demand system, and diagnosed a few other fixes along the way. We added a simple in-line descaling unit to help reduce the hard water sediment, and noticed results almost immediately. He knew our faulty kitchen faucet head was covered under warranty and called to get a replacement on its way to us. He installed a new water main easy access shut-off valve so we don't have to reach waaay down behind the water heater for an old school dial knob. So helpful! Ben is super clean, organized, professional and personable. He wears booties when entering the home, lays his tools neatly out on his work mat, has a tub to collect anything he removes, and leaves the place far better than he finds it. He also reached out several times to follow up after the appointments, to see that the new installations were working as expected and that we were happy. Ben at SoDak is the only person we will call for plumbing help. Truly felt like my big brother was taking care of me and our home care needs.
