Let me start by saying that I have never felt the need to write a review for any company or product ever. Also that I'm active duty military and that this move was contracted by the military. Action Movers packed and picked up my items on time with no problem on June 4th. It was the delivery that this company sucked at. My scheduled "Deliver No Later Than Date" was June 15th, two weeks after they picked it up. That week we didn't receive a call or email with any updates or schedule to deliver. So two days prior we called, and to our surprise they told us "Oh we havent been able to find someone to deliver your property so we crated it for now, you can expect it next week". We didn't receive our stuff until the 22nd. One week late, no big deal right? Except my motorcycle was missing... When I asked the supervisor delivering my stuff where my motorcycle was he had no idea about my bike, no clue. So he called his warehouse, no bike there either. He said "you better call the guys who packed your stuff". So I did, and after a few tries they finally answered. At first they had no idea where it was and told me days later that it was still in a crate, oh and btw they gave it to a different company who is gonna deliver it to me. Never did they think to tell the customer that they gave my property to a different company, nor tell me that it would be delayed. Finally, I had to get the military involved in order to get a straight answer and an ETA. Magically, after speaking with them they had a new ETA for me July 25th. Being a whole month late right now would be the best case scenario at this point. Because now I'm just hoping that the unprofessionalism and ineptitude of this company didn't result in damage to my expensive bike. If it does, you can bet that I'll be placing a claim against them. They did a great job and were able to move my mother from South Dakota to Minnesota with very short notice. The guys, Mike and Dontae, were so nice and very professional. I would highly recommend them!! Next time, I will let them do all the packing too. read more

GUYS!!!! If you're needing movers, these are the people to hire! I wish I could give them a thousand stars! Every single person on the crew worked so hard the entire day and were so careful with our belongings!! We didn't have any problems or worries. These guys are the ABSOLUTE WORST movers/people that I have EVER met!!! DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!!! They charge $15 PER box, and so they can charge you insanely - they UNBOX what you've already boxed and re-box your stuff in THEIR $15 BOX!!!!! PLus, then they wrap everything in their paper, which they charge you for, and the stuff they wrap is SO disorganized, it is INSANE!!! For us, for example, they wrapped (of course in SEVERAL layers!) a PART of a ceramic pitcher, one purple button, a clothes pin, 2 paper clips, and a hair band!!! WHAT THE %^$@!? If you value your money & precious time (because you have to unwrap those things that don't go together! after of course you find them!) you WILL NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY - EVER!!!!! read more
