They communicated well, showed up on time, were quick, efficient and frankly, they went above and beyond when I had a few additional requests for them. The broker could not obtain a trucking company in the requested time so we reached out to Thomas and Sons and luckily they had a cancellation and could move us immediately. They drove to Chadron with a crew and quickly loaded our boxes and furniture. We met them in Rapid City where they quickly and carefully moved our contents to our apartment. I would use them again! Be careful of broker companies, they have so many loopholes in their contract that you don't notice on first reading and they may not know the companies they try to hook up with--some of them are very suspicious! "Ron" took my initial calls and was extremely friendly, reassuring, and patient as I asked a bunch of questions. They professionally wrapped everything, took down tvs, beds, mirrors, everything. My new house was just painted and they didn't nick any paint. An example: I mistakenly had them put some heavy, bulky furniture in the basement, but realized it should have been on the second floor. When I told them it needed to go up 2 more flights of stairs the response was "No problem, we'll move it wherever you need it" (Sorry guys!).
