They booked my company for a move and when I called to ask a question, I was notified that I no longer had the move. Rosie lied and stated that she tried to call me and a man answered the phone, which never happened...then she said that I told her that I needed to find a crew, which never happens because I provide moving crews all across AR and OK. When I asked to speak with her manager, the "owner" Genie gets on the phone and becomes very aggressive with me and then started saying things out loud like I was threatening her (for people on her end of phone)...I told her the call was being recorded, just like the call/confirmation with Rosie was. She then began talking sarcastically calling me "honey". I told her that was not professional and that I see I was better off not getting the job with them.
