This company is basically a nation wide MONOPOLY. Why they have not been looked into as a monopoly…read moreby the Federal Trade Commission is unclear to me. In my area ( Farmington NM and Durango CO ) they have basically no competition. The prices for trash pick up keep going up and up. They charge an extra fee on top of the standard rate if you pay by card. They have switched from live human help on their site to an AI driven time consuming and frustrating experience. This is what happens when mass consolidations and takeovers result in one company having an over size role----they can drive up prices and stifle any competition. This is not the way a free market economy is supposed to work. Does anyone care?
