Amazing food, atmosphere, and I absolutely love the bowling alley!!! Wonderful customer service as well!!

We were in the area and felt like a visit to an arcade would be fun. This place has that and many other things under one roof. A movie theater, laser tag, an arcade, billiards, a bar, and even a Chinese restaurant! Hopefully I didn't leave anything out. We tried the billiards first, but all the per game cheap tables were taken. Only the per hour ones were avail and more than we wanted to pay. Plus the mostly male patrons did not make us feel welcome from the looks we got so we moved onto the arcade. You have to buy a card to play the games and the machine was confusing, even with asking a couple people buying one. Of course there wasn't an employee anywhere inside to ask for assistance, but we finally figured it out. Unless you want to play shoot em up games, most of what they have is for kids, incl a very short whack a mole game. We did play a pinball game that frequently shouted, well that's a real cow pie shot, or something to that effect! Long story short, for as much as they have to offer you're either going to find some entertainment value or not. read more

I happened across this place because I was in the area and the other bar/pub I found on Yelp turned out to be not what I wanted. So I followed directions here ... is it a movie theater? No, it's a big enclosed and air conditioned fun-house mall for all ages alike! I wandered around but just had some beers and a burger at the "Crazy Dragon Tavern". Unlike some other reviews, I thought the whole place seemed clean and nice. I did not know to expect a mini-disneyland in the middle of nowhere near Roxboro! The pub was good, with kind staff, and a nice fancy burger. I pondered sticking around all night to catch a movie but didn't. But the next time my brother visits I think we might drive on up here for the convenience of it! read more

Came here to check out the movie theater! There is ample room for parking! The place upon entering has a variety of options for everyone. The concession stand took quite a while for snacks which can be a bit expensive if you are with multiple people. The tavern restaurant and billiards place was a nice time as well. The seats need to be upgraded in the movie theater! Overall willing to go again and explore the other attractions! read more

Went there a month ago for a family movie night, tripped on a carpet and fell ( I am 69 years old). Not one person came to help until my son went to the empty snack bar and started hollering for a 1st aid kit. I had scrapped my are pretty bad and had blood dripping. Finally a young man named Gavin brought one and went and got other bandages, he was so sweet and tried his best to help. I was very disappointed no management came out to see if I was ok or to help. But someone came out with papers to be filled out and said all incidents had to be reported, after all they sure don't need any trouble. We got rain checks on our tickets and left. I will not be going back there and if you get hurt don't expect anyone to help or care. Thank you Gavin. It's been a month and my arm is still scabbed but finally healing. read more

Being handicap is not easy but the workers escorted me and my grands to our seat and carried all the snacks . We were able to enjoy The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and had a great time. The arcade was nice too not a lot to do but it was enough for a 4 & 5 year old to thinks it was a major amusement park. read more

Everything. Every arcade machine is out of order. The floors and bathrooms are dirty. The staff is just a bunch of teenagers doing whatever they want with no management. We came by for the Ninja Turtles pizza party. The turtles made an appearance for about five minutes and vanished. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money. read more

0 stars if possible little employee named Frankie was extremely rude, cutting attitude with me when me and my squad came in early to eat. She got all petty with me and had the nerve to say " what are you doing in here. hey get out right now and wait in line, pigs" and rolled her eyes at us then walked away. If she did not want us in there then shut the door and don't have food out. She slamed the door in our faces and we stood for 20 mins before letting us in and when we got in she never washed any tables she sat on her phone and then we got in the food was cold, the food was almost as cold as her attitude. Never come here. One employee regarded a squad member with a racial slur when he did not leave a lane the employee (who was supposed to be workimg?) Was using. Although some of the employees were kind, these employees ruined the experience with their disrespect. read more

I am glad Palace Pointe reopened this year. My daughter was happy about this. We visited them a few days ago and in my opinion, their prices are too high. That explained some areas of this establishment being so empty for a Friday night. Nobody was skating at the rink not at the arcade. Place was clean and staff was friendly. read more

We have been a number of times over the last few years. While the food is mediocre, it's good enough for excited children. The movie theater, bar, candy store, bowling, etc. seemed nice enough. However, our observation over the last few visits (we come maybe every 3-4 months), seems things are going down hill. Next to last time there we came with our granddaughter, at least 1/4 of the games in the arcade were not working and it was more expensive than before. It seemed we couldn't get many tickets no matter our scores. It was disappointing. The candy store was listed as open and was not, and a number of the young staff were openly talking about how bad it was to work there. One young woman was working the skating rink, there was no one skating and also no one at the prize counter (they are connected). We stood there for 8 - 10 minutes. She looked over at us but didn't acknowledge us. I finally ask if we could get someone to assist us..chewing gum, her response was I don't know, I don't work in that area and then she turned away from us. Another couple walked up to the counter wanting to add to their card. She immediately ask them what they needed, waited on them and then walked away again. The last time it was just my husband and I to see a movie, we arrived early to grab a few drinks at the bar, however it was closed even though it was listed as being open. We ask someone and all they could tell us was it would not be open for another few hours. I would also mention, last three times we've been there, there was almost no one there. We drive from Clarksville Va to come here, everyone in the surrounding areas know there are not many choices for this kind of entertainment. It's disappointing things seem to be going down hill. At least update your hours on the website to reflect what is open and what is not. We drive quite a distance to come there. read more

Went to the movies Sat afternoon with my daughter and her friend. All good things to say about the movie experience. However we went to the new Crazy Dragon after and things went downhill from there. We were there at around 4:30-5:00pm. The host demeanor was not very hospitable. After seating we looked over menu. I watched as 2 different waitresses worked the seating area. Neither one checked on us or acknowledged we were there. I have been to places that were understaffed due to the challenges the food service industry was facing with staffing and was trying to be patent. If someone- anyone that worked there had just said SOMETHING in acknowledgment or explanation I would have continued to be patient. But as I watched the waitresses walk by our table over and over with still no acknowledgement of any kind, my patience wore thin. I caught the eye of one of the waitresses and waved my hand. She looked at me-Said something to the other waitress who also made eye contact and both walked to the host stand. Not a word was spoken to us. We got up and left walking right by all of them. Eye contact was made and still not one word was spoken to us. Needless to say. The whole experience was awful and disappointing. I had been excited to try a new place closer by and was looking forward to the potential therein. My hard earned money will go elsewhere. Can't post without at least one star. So I will start to say we have been here tons of times over the years and always have fun. But this time we had only been there for about 45 min and my 11 year old son was in tears because they will not allow him to use bumpers because he is 5ft tall! What?! I have never heard of a height restriction on bumpers. He is 11. No way he can throw it hard enough to damage your bumpers. Way to make what should be a fun night with family and friends into a horrible night for my son! The pizza will pass and the fries re good. Over all the place it nice but I think oh need to rethink your policies when this is a family place. read more

I have been going up here to the movies for years and it is always quiet, clean and everyone that works there has been very pleasant. Last weekend I had my 4 yr. old nephew, 2 popcorn combos, drinks, etc. I left my credit card at the concession. It was found by an employee and given to management. You don't always get that kind of honesty. Everyone I spoke with on the phone about this was so nice and helpful. I will continue to go here for movies and the arcade for my nieces and nephews. read more

Movie theaters smell musty and many seats are broke. Theater 2 air conditioning not working properly. We told the staff and no action was taken. In fact they said the it was working. Felt like a swamp cooler in there. Needs a face lift or some tlc. read more

We live in Roxboro and I normally love going to the movies. We went about a month ago to see a movie. It was horrible. The theater smelled like vomit, seats had stains all in them. Nasty to say the least. There is no way to send a email/complaint online and trying to find a manager is crazy! I would recommened driving to Durham to the Northgate cinemas very nice clean and professional staff! read more
