Tried all different avenues, email, phone call, text, filling out their online forms for weeks and couldn't get in contact. Finally got through to someone and they said they'd schedule a tour and get back to me, surprise suprise they never did. It took me reaching out after 2 weeks of silence for them to tell me the apartment was no longer available even though it was still listed on their website and family friendly, and on top of that the message wasn't friendly or apologetic. Don't rent from them , run as fast as you can the other direction!!! Horrible landlords. They won't fix anything, say they will but never do. They won't answer phone calls, texts , or emails!!! It was 6 months of hell!!! Thank goodness I had hud to get me outta there. They're still trying to get me to pay rent lol. I was 2 months without ac in June and July and I was told I wasn't the only one who's ac was broken. Extremely rude after I signed the lease. The townhomes at Easthaven are really nice looking, but management has not lived up to my expectations. I was told the Fitness room and community room would be ready Sep/October of 2020...after moving in and talking to neighbors this has been a ongoing issue for them, none of the perks they offer are ready pool is filled with nasty water and a ripped liner, fence is ripped down and laying on the ground for weeks now, makes the whole place look dumpy..... fitness room and community room have never been open, the promised "gated community" is not there, no gate at all. They don't clear the street when it snows or has ice, people slipping and sliding down the hill all day, forget about parking space, so little space you have to battle the neighbors to get a spot, and if you have guests forget about it. Getting things fixed is snail slow, and they never call you back. Want to enjoy sitting on your deck? Only if the view you desire is a big heap of garbage piled up as they use the back space as a personal burn pit, the stink from them burning furniture and mattresses will chase you back inside even on the nicest of days. No space for the kids to play, no pool, and the heating/cooling is none existent in the upstairs, in the winter you freeze, in the summer you are gonna sweat. It is a shame really, cause it is a nice location, and the homes are well appointed with appliances and nice sized master bedrooms. But it could be so much more. Other places have bigger pools, better work out rooms, huge community rooms, playground for the kids.........none of that is happening here. Moving as soon as our lease is up. Waterford, Country Place, and many in Hurricane offer all the perks for hundreds less then Easthaven. I can get a 3 bedroom 2 bath in crosslanes for $1200 a month and they have a resort pool, 3 playgrounds, huge community room, basketball courts, tennis courts AND a car washing station...........why pay $1600 a month for nothing? Trust me until they change here your better off looking somewhere else. read more

I lived at a property owned by Jeremy Adams from Palace Properties called Wexford Condos. I moved out and over 5 months later I have still not received my deposit back. I have spoken to the owner on three separate occasions. Each time he tells me to call him back because he is busy or that he will call me back within a specific period of time. He was not answering from my number, so I had to call from different numbers in order to have him pick up the phone and speak with me. He owns properties that mainly rent to students. Online you can find forums detailing similar behavior from the owner, Jeremy Adams. He seems to be taking advantage of a student population. There are other nice places for students to live, don't pick this one. read more
