They did an amazing job, the size of the menus and the guest seating chart was perfect, and the paper quality that they use was very fitting for the scenario. They looked into my PDF document and recommended the type of paper to print for my wedding. Picking a business to work with is half determined by their quality of work and half by their customer service. Paladino is above and beyond in both areas. Although you may not have printing needs often they make the experience so easy and enjoyable that you want everyone to be treated the way you were. I was back home visiting from Las Vegas and we were throwing a party. After using yelps messaging system to communicate with the Vincent the owner I ended up requesting a large order in two days on 4th of July weekend. I knew I was asking for a lot and after explaining why I was ordering late and what I needed the order for they agreed. I could tell they weren't completing my order to make extra money they were doing it for me. Even when I picked up my order I tried to pay extra the owner told me while he appreciated it, he really didn't want it. Ability to deal with personnel at all levels effectively. Having Initiative，independent and good communication skill. They being nice and serious with the customer. Once they did something wrong, they just do it again. They try to do anything to the highest level. Vincent has strong leadership skill while possessing a great team spirit. I normally don't write yelp reviews but the service at Paladino Printing & Graphics really blew me away. I had been exchanging emails with Vince a couple of times to get quotes on various printing items for my upcoming wedding. He is so quick with the emails; I always got a response a few hours later. When I went to the shop, I provided my own cardstock for the invitations and was told that the type of cardstock I had could be difficult to work with unless I went with offset printing (basically a special type of printing that isn't offered with the amount of prints I was ordering and it would cost too much for the number of prints I was ordering). Vince tried to print on the cardstock normally anyways just to try. There was difficulty printing on the cardstock (as I was told upfront already) but Vince spent a total of 2 hours (uninterrupted) trying to troubleshoot the printers/program/etc to make it work on the cardstock. And then he did it! The wedding invitations came out beautifully on the original cardstock I bought! The whole staff was also very welcoming and nice. The customer service here is impeccable. I will definitely be back for other wedding printing needs and will be recommending them to my friends. read more

DO NOT trust this company when they tell you "leave a credit card on file and nothing will be charged". To my surprise I was charged $250 without my authorization! I did not authorize or sign to any final work. I trusted this company with my credit card and information, there was no emails or phone calls letting me know a charge was due. I called the company and this lady had the worst attitude with no people skills. She treated me like I was her child, yelling and telling me it was not her problem! The nerve of her! WOW I will NEVER ever recommend this company to anyone. I am disgusted! read more
