The employees greeted me and took care of my Spectrum return in a jiffy. I was in and out in no time. I ended up misplacing my receipt which contained the tracking info. I called the store to see if they could look up my tracking info. Not only was I provided with the tracking #, but I also received a confirmation # so that I could provide it to Spectrum should they need it.

I guess, I'll be the first one to write a review for this highly unprofessional place. I have a…read moreLenovo laptop and unfortunately last week randomly my LCD screen cracked. I went to different places to get their price quotes and majority of the places gave me an estimate of $175-250. Then I googled and found this place and they said to replace the LCD screen for $110. Other places I went to like Repair Sharks the owner told me it's going to be $150 for used and $180 or more for the new one but those were the estimated prices but once they open up the LCD screen then they will know how much for sure. So I thought let me try this place and the price was in my budget. This was probably my biggest mistake. I dropped off my laptop last week Wednesday and the manager for this place said I'll have my laptop back by Sunday the latest. I called them few times on Saturday and Sunday but kept having the luck of speaking to a guy who barely spoke English, so we had a hard time communicating. Finally got hold of the guy who speaks English so I was able to ask him when I'll get my laptop back and he said Thursday at 12pm. I am really upset about the fact they told me to come pick up the laptop and when I arrived it wasn't even ready. I had to wait 2 hours and to my surprise I turn the laptop on the screen is blank nothing displays. Spoke to the technician and I had to emphasize if the laptop wasn't ready why did they make me come in. This genius tells me you can reset it yourself and start fresh more so you should've made sure the screen was working before making me come in to pick up. Today is Friday and I get a call from the technician saying we can't change the LCD screen your motherboard is broken but apparently the motherboard works with the old screen not the new one. The technician told me I need to pay more to get the motherboard fixed so the LCD screen can work. Are you kidding me like how is the motherboard at fault when it works with the old LCD screen but not the new bootleg one you ordered. Not only that they completely ruined my laptop now it doesn't even work with the old LCD screen and looks like they also damaged my keyboard. This place is highly unprofessional and they're a rip off trying to make money by adding extra things that don't even exist. The technician has no clue what he's doing probably some bootleg technician from somewhere watching YouTube videos trying to fix a laptop. He had the audacity to tell me I wasted their time more so they wasted my time. It's been a week I had to call them numerous times to find out about my laptop. I'll never recommend this place to anyone!! Just pay little more but go to someone highly professional and I surely learned my lesson not to deal with these pricks. Not sure why this place is even still in business they can't even talk to their customers properly.

Because the front and back weren't aligned in the same direction for double-sided printing, the clerk said they needed to reprint it and would charge an extra $1, which I reluctantly accepted. Then they turned around and said they had quoted the price wrong and that it was actually $1 per side. This is absolutely outrageous and beyond ridiculous!!! Doing business like this is really shameless. People who lack basic ethics will eventually be dealt with by karma.
