I just finished my 2nd full week of Paleo Crave, so I think I can finally give a review. I don't think I can talk up Paleo Crave enough, I love this service. First and foremost, the food. The food is delicious and so far has been very well-varied. Additionally, you can tell right away that the food is very clean, healthy, and made with great ingredients. I have yet to encounter a meal I don't like. Second, customer service. Their customer service team is very responsive to the emails I've sent them with various questions, and they are always helpful. For example, when I emailed them letting them know I didn't like mushrooms, they replied the same day saying they'd make a note to the kitchen and avoid sending me meals with mushrooms. Additionally, the delivery is usually at a consistent time, so you'll know more or less when your meals will arrive. Lastly, they are very considerate, this week, due to Hurricane Matthew, they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver on Thursday, so on Wednesday they left both Thursday and Friday's meals. Third, results. I started Paleo Crave because working out wasn't enough to lose all the weight I set out to lose, I needed to eat better. With Paleo Crave, I know I'm getting great food, and portion control without having to measure anything. After week 1, I had lost just over 10 pounds, and just over 2 inches off my belly. I've also lost another 4 pounds this week (week 2). Moreover, I can tell that I have more energy, I never get that bloated feeling after eating, and I have yet to feel hungry! If I had to give them a negative comment, I'd say that the service does seem pricey, but that's not fair because their prices are on par with similar services. For starters, I usually only post a review when a company is amazing or absolutely horrible. This company has extraordinary customer service, possibly the best I've ever experienced. They respond quickly to any questions or concerns I may have. Paleo Crave really does care about your needs and always makes customer satisfaction their priority. Jane is so sweet!! I have divorced parents, meaning I live at a different location for half the week. Jane was able to create a schedule so that I would receive my meals at whichever house I am staying at for the particular day. I love how the meals aren't just chicken and meat. I heard good things about Paleo Crave through a chat board here and thought I'd try it out. I'd only tried one other meal delivery service before, but this was my first time being at the mercy of the service as far as daily meals went. You can't choose your meals so I was a bit nervous. Surprisingly, the entrees I thought I wouldn't like, I loved and vice versa. They delivered my meals in the evenings. I just left the cooler they provided for me out and they'd fill it up Sunday - Thursday. When I'd get the meals, they were an odd temperature but they always put ice in with the meals so I'm not sure why it felt lukewarm (btw I learned that they would like their ziplock bags back). I ordered the small lunch/dinner and it was surprisingly filling. Some days I was happy with the food. Other days, not so much. Since you pay via PayPal, you're enrolled in autopay so if you want to only try it for a week, make sure to cancel the autopay on PayPal. They usually charge on Tuesdays. They charged my card on Tuesday for the following week's meals so I canceled on Thursday as I just wanted that to be my last week...well, Sunday rolled around and when I went to see if my food had arrived Monday morning, it had not. I was foodless because they said their system saw I canceled and so it assumed it was for that week (strange as they didn't credit me so didn't quite understand the glitch). Anyways, I contacted them and they credited me for that day and delivered the remaining meals the rest of the week. Some of their items lacked the calorie, fat, protein counts which is really the whole point of eating healthy is knowing your intake. The desserts never had any info and the descriptions of the foods were vague. All in all, the food was a step up from the other meal plan I tried, but I was turned off by the missing food debacle as well as the lack of detail in what went into the food. read more

I have always been skeptical about the healthy food house delivery services. The Paleo Cravee quickly changed that. VERY happy with their service. Everyone is always surprised when they hear I get daily deliveries between Sunday and Thursday. Food is delicious. They are constantly adding new things to the menu and aren't afraid to mix things up. Along with the meals I also get a snack. They vary from fruits, to brownies, cookies, even dates. I am very happy with Paleo Crave. The customer service is fantastic and the food is very good. The small portion is plenty of food for me as a female. I don't find myself getting hungry after eating the two meals plus snack. I'm not a big breakfast eater so I chose to do just lunch and dinner. It's so nice to come home and not have to cook.
