Not FFF I look forward to their food. Its delicious and gourmet (the turkey Tamales are my favorite). I been using them for lunch and dinner. I've now been eating FFF food for 2 weeks Im down 8 lbs. Ive found, their lunch/dinners are usually around 350 to 525 calories (soup is around 200 calories). I couldn't be happier in the food quality and that I chose them. Price is reasonable as well.
