I was given a day and time for a new appointment and when I called to confirm the day of, the receptionist told me she doesn't have my name on the list. She kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that someone rescheduled my appointment when I called days ago. I told her I really need the massage as a post-surgical requirement but she kept telling me in a very unapologetic way that there's nothing she can do about it and that she doesn't remember rescheduling my appointment (my call logs prove otherwise). I recommend going to other places for massage therapy and physiotherapy because this place doesn't care about its clients. Now I have to suffer through my condition a little longer and I have to look for a new place at the last minute to have my lymphatic massage...

During the pandemic, the Clinic asks clients to use hand sanitizer upon entering, keep their masks on during their visit, which includes treatment, temperature checks and staggered appointments. THIS review is about my Physio treatment with Melissa. I wanted to see Melissa because of her dry needling skills. Melissa completed an assessment of my body, performed treatment and offered me home exercises. Melissa was professional, courteous and efficient. I really enjoyed the compassion and thought in her treatment. I wish I could have expressed that to her, but I was so "blissed out" after the treatment that I didn't. For those of you whom are sensitive or gentle, Melissa regularly checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable. After my treatment, Melissa emailed me a link to an app with specific set of exercises tailor to my needs. I was really impressed with that, and Melissa and the Clinic. I will definitely be returning.

It beggars belief that a wellness clinic refuses to impose a vaccine mandate -- thereby putting its clients, it's employees, and the wider community at risk of a deadly plague. Are they prioritizing profits over community safety? It sure seems like it. :-(

She is super friendly, knowledgeable and makes sure you really understand what's happening. Granted, there were a few sessions where I left out the door hobbling but it was worth it. I felt better after the initial soreness went away and I could feel my foot getting stronger and stronger. She also was able to help me with exercises for issues I didn't realize were an issue. I also had a wrist issue that was caused from using a cane in the first 2 months after surgery. Based on Yelp reviews, I started at another clinic and they were nice, but after a month, I wasn't seeing results. Then I found Ace, and have been impressed with Hayley from the start. She warned me that a lot of the treatments and exercises could be uncomfortable or even a bit painful but that breaking down scar tissue was what I needed and it's painful. I appreciated the honesty and the aggressive plan of attack. I was impressed that most of my 1 hour assessment time was actually devoted to treatment so I saw results right away. Hayley has me confidant that I will have full range of motion sooner rather than later, which is worth the minor short term discomfort. She also has the experience of viewing surgeries - including the bilateral TKR that I had done, so she literally knows what I went through. I'm a fan of Ace.

It took a while to book my initial appointment, but it was worth it. All I want is to get my back cracked, I got that and more. In our first consultation, he checked my mobility and movement and assessed that I have a mild form of mechanical pain. He created a treatment plan of 5 sessions and included exercises that would help develop my core to prevent injury during sport/workouts and improve my posture. He went beyond that by providing a brief high-pressure targeted deep massage at the beginning of the first and each subsequent session. I wouldn't say it's relaxing, but I love the pressure. He'll adjust based on your tolerance though my motto is no pain, no gain, so I take it full on. We worked mainly on my upper, lower and mid-back. *TIP* If you want to work on your back, wear a tank top instead of a strappy sports bra. I've been working on those three exercises he taught me each day. I would say they are easy enough to add to your routine and incorporate daily. Oh and it's always wonderful when a clinic charges directly to my insurance, saves all the pain of admin work.

The intake is time consuming by the phone not sure why as they have a intake form. No one named Gary worked there whom apparently is the owner if you check the yelp reviews.
