I had also called another company and they kept telling me the technician called me but I didn't answer so nobody came out. They never let me know that they were servicing the business I manage. Now I know for sure that we were being overcharged for poor service. We recently went with a new company that services a neighboring business (same large building) and they informed me that a fan belt was broken and laying below one of my AC units. Who knows how long that AC unit had been broken. Ranger never cared to let me know. I am not entirely sure they were even replacing filters. All the units needed to be flushed and freon added. It is clear that if we would have continued doing business with Ranger we would have lost an entire unit costing us thousands. Needless to say, we won't be doing business with this company ever again.

When it warmed up, we tried to turn on the unit and it was DOA. After one hot and humid night we seriously considered calling an end to our vacation.
