They had the contract for my condo association , they increased the prices but the quality of work declined. They were bare minimum for taking care of the lawn. Never communicated to the board about anything never wanted to happen maintain the plants or landscaping. Just cut and go. Sprinkler repair was hit or miss, you had to tell them a sprinkler was in need of repair after weeks of them doing nothing even when there was a giant hole eroding away in the lawn from the water line rupture on the system. We since move to another company and and saving money and the new company is doing much better work and the manager visits during and after the service to inspect the work. I would not recommend Palm Atlantic for lawn service. read more

I reside in Krestview 14 and this company has a contract here. They have an Army of workers but I see no quality control with regards to their work when completed. They seem to be using mowers with dull blades as there is a lot of uneven grass in lots of areas. I sent a message to this company at 11:15am today and no follow up. I walk this neighborhood daily and these workers weed eating abilities are suspect. There should be a supervisor who at least conducts a drive by to look over all areas. The workers hang out by our house for lunch and often leave chicken bones lying about for out pets to choke on. I am not impressed with this company. read more

fantastic company. They went above and beyond on my giant Bismarck palm removal. It was right by my house dropping stuff all over my roof and giant palm fronds all over the side of my house. I'm getting ready to do an addition onto my house and they removed the tree, and all the debris that went with it. it's like it was never there. I told them my sprinklers were acting funny too they took a quick look at them and found the problem just needed to be primed again. i will definitely use them again! read more

Palm Atlantic took over the landscaping at our housing complex last year. They have been a problem since day one. The first time that they came to trim the hedges a neighbor came to my door to tell me something. Happenned to go out to the front of my house and saw an employee of Palm Atlantic cutting big pieces off of a cactus plant that I have in front of my house. This plant has never been touched before and did not need to be cut now. The next time that they came they skipped my house completely. I spoke to the supervisor and he said that I was on the no cut list. What??? It took me a few emails to find out that this was a mistake. About 6 weeks ago I went to the back of my house to water some plants that we have there. I noticed a big hole that had been dug next to the wall with yellow tape around it. I emailed the president of my HOA and he said that the hole was on the other side of the wall and did not know about this hole. I took photos and sent them to him. He said it was o.k for them to dig there even though no one told me that they were coming. They did not knock on my door or tell me in any way that they were doing something back there. A week later they came and filled the hole that was dug to do work on the irrigation system. A few days after they left I went outside and noticed that there was a lot of debris left by them from the digging. There were a few cinder blocks and a big chunk of concrete that they tried to hide behind a tree. It took me 3 weeks of phone calls to get this removed. I actually got no response from the calls. I finally found one of the workers when they came to cut the hedges and showed him what was left and he reluctantly removed it. They also told the HOA that when they gave an estimate for trimming the foliage that they underestimated and it would cost an additional $3000 every time. Sounds a little fishy. read more

On 12/18/2020 at 10:50AM, there was a hit-and-run incident involving this company's company vehicle and our vehicle. One of the drivers of this company fish tailed into our vehicle and completely damaged the driver side mirror. We contacted the owner, Jean Bollon immediately by phone, and explained the situation to her at hand. She pleaded with us not to call the police, that she was the owner and we could resolve this amongst ourselves. She then spoke with her husband, told us to call the police and hung up. We have tried to contact her multiple times to no avail. We sent her a letter via regular email detailing the incident and our call, we sent her a photo of the damages, we sent her our auto dealer quote for replacement and we have yet to hear from her. Today we have started to move forward with formal complaints in the state of FL followed by civil action. We hope this incident doesn't occur to anyone else and much less by this company who apparently covers their negligent employees that commit crimes and turn the other cheek. We will not leave this as is. We have all of our records, reports, photos and proof in order. read more

Our gated community is beyond frustrated with the below average work they do. We literally watch the workers walk by hedges that have not been cut for months, although they do a "check list" that says it was done. We have areas of weeds that are never touched, grass that looks horrible. They seem to just cut grass and leave. They do not care about customer satisfaction or they would've fixed the problems we have all complained about time after time. I would not recommend this company and can't wait to get a much better landscaping company for our development. read more

We receive many compliments on how well our lawn is manicured and shrubbery is trimmed. The owners have always been very professional to our special requests. Now, as with all work crews there have been times when they have under performed on their duties.
