I had a big leak in my sprinkler system that was hard to find. Facu found it quickly, repaired it immediately and helped sort out a different property that had one sprinkler zone that was not turning off ( resulting in big water bills). Facundo was able to schedule it a week out. Texted me prior to our appointment time and arrived just a few minutes early in fact. Told him what I wanted to do and he actually suggested holding off on moving a few heads. I wanted to move some heads for an upcoming driveway change and he said to wait in case they break anything why pay twice). Good point I had not thought of. I had not done maintenance on the system in probably about 10 years and most if not all heads needed replacing since they were leaking a bit. Not a problem per se if your system draws from a lake or a canal but mine is city water so that is dollars wasted. Some only needed a new nozzle. He ended up changing like 20 heads and nozzles and fixed the coverage. He even capped a few that were not needed anymore. Took him about 2 hours. Price was in line with what I expected especially considering the repairs were more extensive read more

Facundo replied to our Yelp request for his assistance on our sprinkler issue quite quickly and he scheduled to come out 2 days later. He actually was able to come the next day and he jumped right into the issue and spent a great deal of time trying to restore our sprinkler system, replacing a valve and doing everything in his power. In the end however it looks like we have a bigger issue than he can address - possibly needing a new feed line from the lake. He was open and honest about everything he was attempting to do and he really went the extra mile to resolve our issue. He cleaned the filter on our main feeder line etc. While the issue wasn't resolved it is important to point out after spending a solid 2 hours with us all he charged us for was for the cost of the valve and not for his labor or site visit etc. He gets 5 stars from us because we have had issues in the past with sprinkler companies, plumbers, and all sorts of vendors who really crawl inside your wallet. We appreciate his style, his ethics, and his honesty. Most of all we sincerely appreciate his hard work and skill in troubleshooting our bigger issue for us. read more
