Armando to the rescue - a second time! My Tesla froze up…read morelike an ice cream sandwich. Wouldn't unlock or acknowledge us - it certainly wouldn't move out of park. The dealer said it needs to be towed in, so I thought I'd try Armando again. Another terrific experience - he had a driver here within 20 minutes. Not as a promise, as an actual driver with an actual tow truck. 30 minutes of fussing with this car that wouldn't be moved and Armando had it wrestled onto his truck and safely on its way to Tesla.
