I had to have a procedure done that required a biopsy which I thought was actually going to be performed by the Dr and not the PA who I thought was there to just gather information for the Dr .He was in there for a total of no more than 5 minutes to observe what she did and left .When I make an appt to see a Dr I expect to see the Dr and not his PA .As a result the biopsy was not healing right Not only that but I left the office and they did want even take the time to explain or give me instructions on how to take care of it afterwards it was found necessary by my present Dr to perform a 2nd biopsy and now is healing very well .because they gave me instructions a and provided me. with the necessary medications. I filed a complaint against the Dr and PA All they did was sent me an apologetic letter and didnt take any responsibility of what occurred. I filed a complaint with the Dept of Health and recieved a dissapointing letter in return that they ³could not do anything because the medical office did not violate any medical procedures So therefore after filing all that evidence that's its unfortunate that the patient does not have any recourse. I'm putting this on record to warn people do not see Dr Dock or his assistant . I'm sorry I have to give this office a poor rating because I had nothing against my former Dr Lampuri she deserves an excellent rating . I will not be returning to this office and have found an excellent Dr much more conveniently located. Be careful.and do your research before you make any Dr appointments. The only thing I did was put the co payment in dispute .

Dr. Hunter gets 5 stars for her expertise, standard of care, and attention to detail...front office…read morestaff, not so much...I had what was close to an argument with a staff person who insisted that I owed a deductible...I contacted my secondary and it turns out I was correct...still waiting to see if I get an unwarranted bill that I have to correct...more important...my phone call from staff reporting biopsy reports did not advise me that my results were "in situ" squamous growths...without this critical information that the cancers were not invasive...I scheduled Mohs surgery sooner, which was very intrusive and inconvenient...another example of the tribulations of being a patient making decisions without being given all the relevant information...I'll continue to be a patient because of Dr. Hunter's expertise and "bedside manner," but I wish the practice in general would up their game.

I am writing this review to warn anyone suffering from severe, agonizing nerve pain to stay far…read moreaway from Nurse Practitioner Gigi (Gandhy Van Meeteren, APRN) and Dr. Jose Labault-Santiago, MD. For nearly six months, I lived in an absolute hell, enduring a constant 9 to 10 out of 10 pain level that routinely left me crying at my desk at work and crying the moment I got home. From my very first appointment, I tried everything to make things as clear and easy for them as possible. I even brought in a printed-out page detailing my exact symptoms--explaining explicitly that sitting at my desk and driving severely triggered intense, blinding electric fire and pins-and-needles numbness down my legs and into the bottoms of my feet. Instead of treating my severe suffering with basic human dignity or medical urgency, I was completely dismissed. I had to constantly call and message the office just to beg for any kind of relief, and it took them nearly six months of me fighting just to finally get a topical prescription cream three weeks ago. That cream was the very first time they did anything at all for my pain. Even then, they never once explained what might be causing my condition or provided any diagnostic steps moving forward. The breaking point was my final visit. I explicitly scheduled that appointment to see the actual neurologist, Dr. Labault-Santiago, and was specifically put on a waitlist just to ensure I could see the physician. Yet, when I got to the office, Gigi walked into the room instead. I immediately told her I was highly dissatisfied and that I was promised a visit with the doctor, but my concerns were brushed aside. I was left entirely in the care of Gigi, who patronized me, told me 'not to worry,' and treated me like a checklist. All she did each visit was blindly write script after script, continuously upping my doses of oral nerve medications that did absolutely nothing to fix the physical pressure on my spine. Exhausted by months of being neglected, misled, and treated like a number while my life fell apart from pain, I finally took matters into my own hands and sought a second opinion from an outside pain management specialist. On my very first visit, that specialist immediately saw my severe distress, validated my symptoms, and ordered an urgent lumbar MRI that same day. It is completely unacceptable for a neurology office to pull a bait-and-switch on appointments, ignore a patient's printed charts, and put a human being through months of needless physical trauma because they refuse to do their jobs. Avoid Dr. Labault-Santiago, Gigi, and the staff at MSPB Neurology if you want a medical team that actually listens to your pain.

My Doctor is great and he himself is frustrated with his own corporate billing department. In May of 2024, I visited my doctor for a standard pre op exam and blood test. I have great insurance and never get a bill for anything! I started in July getting past due notices from Labcorp. After many hours arguing with Labcorp and MSPB there is still no help from anyone at MSPB. On 4 separate occasions MSPB said they do not do business with Labcorp! In October (5 months later!) I was able to get a signed order from sent from MSPB TO Labcorp. Again today Nov 20 MSPB billing says they don't do business with Labcorp. I have asked for the Person in charge of MSPB Billing to call me. They refused to give me either an email or text number for me to send the signed order from MSPB to Labcorp. They said the head of billing would call me when she got out of her meeting. I'm not holding my breath. I've spent over 12 hours over 6 months trying to get help from MSPB If there was a zero option for MSPB ADMINISTRATION I would take it. I
