I have been here as a patient but I was exceptionally impressed as a caregiver to my 86 year old Dad how they handled what ended up being an emergency situation. My Dad has been a long time patient there and he has always received excellent care here. I have been to Siperstein Dermatology twice and have been very pleased both times. I see Dr K and she is very kind, thorough and professional! She does an excellent full body check - better than any I've had in the past. I feel very comfortable with her and her care. The office staff is lovely - there is plenty of parking and the office is beautiful. They have some products for sale but there is NO pressure to buy them. This is a huge derm practice! It's in a beautiful space and the staff is very efficient, friendly and helpful. I took my mom here today after years of multiple other dermatologist practices. My doctor is great. However the billing system & phone system have become a nightmare within the last few months. I no longer get emailed bills, and I get texts for bills from a different domain than you reach when attempting to pay via their website. The texts I've received are for an old PAID amount. And, when trying to pay from the practice's website (instead of the texted link) they don't give you the amount. Thus, when paying via the website's payment page, it must not be directly connected to ones account. I won't use such a system. In addition, twice today my call was dropped upon transfer. I eventually was able to reach the practice manager and she was a good listener, and it was clear she was sympathetic. But the systems need to be remedied. Note that I have been using this practice for a few years. I never had a problem until about December 2025. I am willing to bet that if any of the doctors in the practice encountered what I have, they would not be happy. IMO: There should be test accounts set up that management can use to explore when system problems are reported, and to periodically engage with to review how it works. I hope the practice gets the systems fixed. I will attempt to update this review, if that happens. In the end, like me, you will have to decide how to weigh the benefits of your doctor against the customer-service systems. *** UPDATE 2025-02-13 COO contacted me to discuss the above. She was pleasant, receptive and appreciative of the constructive feedback. There are things they can address and things that are out of their control due to the EMR they use, etc. I will update again when I see significant improvement in their systems. My visit was at 3pm on Sept.24 with Dr. Nestor. Let me start by saying I have had positive experiences in the past, but not today. Dr Nestor walked in the room wearing her street clothes no white coat for my protection. She blurted out "So, what's bothering you today?" Not even an introduction..... at first I wasn't sure it was her without her medical coat on. This was very unprofessional. I asked for a mole to be removed...and she removed it without any form of anesthesia. In the oast,I was offered anesthesia because it was quite painful! Dr. Nestor was quite cold during the gisit,as uf i was a puece of meat. The medical assistant gave me a small package at the end of the visit....a few bandaids and vaseline,and instructed me on how to use it. Doctor Nestor couldn't wait get out .....she didn't even say goodbye or indicate if I should come for a follow up. This was the worst experience I have had. Avoid this doctor!! read more

I switched to Siperstein about 6 month's ago because I got tired of the (no exaggeration) 2 hour wait at my old dermatologist. I just had the Blue Light Therapy done with Kat and she was so kind, caring and calm. I was a little nervous about it, but she walked me through it all beforehand and made small talk with me through the procedure to make the time pass. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained my condition clearly even though he couldn't make an exact diagnosis until the biopsy results come back which we are still waiting on. The treatment plan he provided quickly resolved my problem which were injections into the little red blotches on my fingers to stop the itching. I'm so grateful for his expertise. She may well have expertise in the procedure (identifying cancer cells microscopically), but I am now 13 weeks post-op with an open (dehisced) surgical wound; and now being properly treated at Bethesda East Hospital (Wound Care Clinic) In my opinion, Dr. Meran is ill-prepared for treating such complications. My most recent appointment was for a Moh's surgery on my forehead. Since I had never had this type of treatment before, I was a little anxious. My previous appointments and treatments had gone very well so I was hoping for the best. Once again, my expectations were not only met, but were exceeded. Everything was very good. To start, the waiting area is spacious and clean. Girls at the front desk are super polite and nice. The assistants who came in first were very friendly and helpful. Morgan, my PA, is wonderful. I've been seeing her for several years. She always addresses any of my concerns thoroughly. I never feel as though they are pushing any products or services on me. I always inquire about a product and then feel well Informed. One of my favorite things is the assistant writes down all the things the doctor is recommending so once you leave you have all the instructions in front of you and there's no chance of confusion or forgetting. First time going to siperstein dermatolog in Boynton beach. the customer service was shitty. The old lady with the brown/curly hair that sit in front of the desk, her questions were "what are you doing here" what's your name" and you owe us $201dollar. Right after I told her I had an appointment at 3:45pm on a Thursday, she said your 30 mina later then I went ahead to show her my phone of the appointment she said "I'm sorry your right" and then left just to come back to say we can't do the surgery under 15 minutes.
