Funny enough these individuals use this really big book to log and track flights I haven't been there in a couple of months but if they haven't updated it then yeah. Another one is I'm a pretty experienced pilot and I usually make my own go or no go calls, On multiple occasions I schedule to rent after hours because that's when I'm usually available and the keys are not in the lock box as prescribed by the owner and whenever I went inside to complain about it the following day, he would say well you haven't seen the winds. It's not the fact that he was a little rude with his response I would've just have appreciated a call or some type of notice that he doesn't feel comfortable with individuals flying his plane with the winds being strong if they even were strong.

It did and I was thrilled to take my 90 year old dad up to celebrate his birthday. James called me a couple of times in response to my needing to confirm the time of our tour as well as to update me on the schedule. James greeted us and was just super kind, patient, and professional for every minute we spent together. I could not be more appreciative. Dad was thrilled with the experience as was I. My only helicopter experience was in the military many years before. This was obviously quite different and far less stressful, almost relaxing. I absolutely recommend this company. Have a good chat with your pilot before the tour so they know whether you'd prefer smooth "sailing" or a bit of fun maneuvering during the flight. We got to see sharks in the water and our pilot was showing us the pier and I got incredible pictures. It was cool wearing the headphones and being able to talk in the microphone.
