It practically didn't show up when I got medium and dark was basically no different. I asked for double dark or 2 layers and they wouldn't give it to me even with an unlimited membership. What is the point of unlimited if it's not actually unlimited? I then went in store to cancel my membership because you can't do it online and clearly said I wanted to cancel my membership. I signed a form and thought I was good to go. I then checked my account to see that I was still going to be billed on the first of the next month. I called to see why my account wasn't cancelled and they said it was frozen, meaning I was still going to be billed every month (a smaller fee). They told me I would have to go back in store to cancel my account which is absurd since I already went in store to cancel it. Why I can't cancel my account online or over the phone is beyond me.

She is the type of person to make sure periodically to place yourself in her life. On one of the occasions, I stood up front for more than 5 minutes and finally walked towards the back of the establishment, only to find the 2 employee working that day, chatting with a man and 2 other women. The customer service skills of the staff is low tier and leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend them for your tanning needs. I'm already planning on taking my business elsewhere.

I went in simply to tan. When Caroline pulled up my account, she refused to allow me to tan for the full session time, stating that because I hadn't been to this specific location in two weeks, I wasn't allowed the full time. I explained that I travel frequently and, while I hadn't used this location recently, I have been tanning elsewhere. She dismissed this and said it was "their rule." I asked her to show me where this rule was stated in the waivers or paperwork I signed. She spent about 10 minutes printing out my waiver, which--unsurprisingly--stated nothing about this supposed rule. At that point, I cancelled my membership, especially since there are plenty of other tanning salons with better service. After canceling, I asked what room I would be tanning in, and she smugly said, "You canceled." I reminded her that memberships remain active through the end of the billing period (I actually worked at Palm Beach Tan in college, so I know how the system works). She then said, "Oh, so you want to tan?" while rolling her eyes again and continuing her rude attitude. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service anywhere. This location seriously needs to retrain its staff--no customer should be treated this way.
