Then I expected to be able to tan since I still had over a month on my plan. I was told I would need to purchase an additional plan now, since my card not going through forfitted my plan? Even though it paid for its entirety? I was not notified that my card on file was not working for them. Why would I need to play twice for a month that haven't even happened yet? I checked my bank and all other monthly subscriptions and plans that come out have had no problems. So I figured this maybe was just a mistake and emailed them to clear up the issue so I could use the remaining time I had paid for. No response. I sent another follow up email about my payments and nothing. This is a very poorly run business that has gained $84 from me for services never used. I would not recommend giving them your business.
