Why I chose this gym: 1. Great classes- I mostly like body…read morepump and yoga though I occasionally attend spin. The classes are at convent times and the teachers have been so helpful and good at instructing. Jess' classes are my favorite. 2. Big- lots of cardio lots of weights and lots of space to do my own calisthenics. And the equipment is all pretty new and nice. The locker rooms are huge with showers and have a private entrance to the women's workout room 3. Kids club. Their kids club staff are super sweet girls and they have a little movie theater and computer games. And it's one $10/month extra 4. Price. It's $20/ month for their plan that includes classes tanning and I can bring a friend (but not to a class- I'll bring my BF while I'm at a class he works out elsewhere). 5. Location- I travel a lot between Conway and little rock and I find there is always a 10 fitness near by. Even if I want to spend my lunch hour in a massage chair listening to audiobooks. It's really convenient. Downside- they don't have a pool but I don't fee it's fair to compare them to gyms with a pool because those gyms cost much more. I haven't set foot in that place in close to a year and I've been charged 4 times and threatened with fines and fees for canceling by the customer Service department and even after finally getting things canceled they still are charging me!!

When the lights came on the face bronzer didn't light up. I actually climbed out and told the girl the face bronzer lights didn't come on. She said "oh I don't know, they will..." and left. The lights never came on. I asked her for a refund. She rolled her eyes and said "We don't do that". I asked for a complimentary tan session. "We don't do that". I asked her who the owner is. "We don't give out that information". Now I know why. She told me to leave my phone number and the owner would call me back. I told Lauren if I didn't get a refund I would write a "scathing" review". THEN, about 15 minutes later I get a phone call from the owner, Lauren's mother. She was screaming that she was going to call the police on me because, she claimed, I put my hands on her daughter. I did not. These people are off the wall crazy. Then I find out they were charging my friend's credit card without his permission. Not only is this place un-ethical, machines are broken and they won't, obviously fix them, and they are trying to deflect their ethical responsibilities onto me by threatening to lie to the police.

I got frustrated with the inconsistency so I quit going there. A few times my husband tried to get a haircut there, unscheduled... They have a sign on the door that says "walk ins welcome"... That's a joke. They haven't ever been able to work him in, even when plenty of stylists were on hand, they were just too "busy". Chalk it up to another crappy hair salon in Conway.
