Definitely would not recommend going here. Had a really bad experience with Emily bullock and the salon. Let's just say I wanted Platinum blonde and got this (pic1&2) This was the day after I got my hair done. I spent 175$ for this. Asked her if she could fix it, considering I had told her twice that it was too dark, and it's not supposed to wash out the next day. She basically blew me off after saying "sorry, you were happy when u left. Have a good day!" After writing a review, they responded saying the same thing and claiming that this (pic 3) is what they gave me. Then Emily had a bunch of her clients write reviews to reflect off the one I wrote. Today I had my hair colored and cut by Alex Brock. She mentioned I am the longest most loyal client she has. I have been with her since she was in beauty school many years ago. She is so very talented and my hair is difficult with two cal-licks in the front. I know she is happy working at Urban Society Salon. I am a happy customer too. There is a lot of talent here. The products they use are healthy for my hair and the color stays. The salon is a very comfortable setting, including the chairs, sinks and no touch dryers. read more

Beautiful salon in downtown Conway. I have been going here since they opened. Everyone at this salon does top notch work and they use the best products. My hair has never looked better! I've also gotten amazing spray tans here and they have a barber that does excellent work also! Won't go anywhere else and I've told everyone I know to go here if you want your hair to look gorgeous!
