I don't like bed 9 so at this point I was upset so I left without tanning. I later called and asked why I was asked to move. The employee told me the staff member that checked me in put me in the wrong level bed. I told her that was not my fault and I was already in the room ready to tan but was told I had to move. In my opinion this is very unprofessional of the staff. She should have allowed me to tan since I was sent to that bed but instead I was sent away upset and ready to cancel my membership. I haven't set foot in that place in close to a year and I've been charged 4 times and threatened with fines and fees for canceling by the customer Service department and even after finally getting things canceled they still are charging me!!

I had to have them redone PROFESSIONALLY by someone else. I cried and cried when I got home from the salon. Not to mention the facility itself is quite run down and smells of musk and mold.
