I usually go to Pro Cuts, but my fiancé and son have been coming here and their cuts have been quite good so I figured I'd give it a shot. I called ahead to see how long of a wait there would be since I was on my way home from work and the lady on the other end of the phone was very nice and assured me there wasn't too long of a wait, only 2 people were there at the time. When I arrived, they were just finishing up two cuts and I only waited about 5 minutes. I liked that I didn't need to sign in on a clipboard. Courtney, I believe her name was, cut my hair and she understood exactly what I was going for, a short straight across cut since my hair is so thin and fine and I'm looking to be able to style it so that I can add more volume to it. She recommended some products and explained how to use them and where I could buy them or even products that were similar and less expensive. We chatted while she cut my hair and she was friendly and funny and I would definitely go back to see her again. I will continue to bring in my kids for their cuts as well. I did have a little accident, and part of the underneath of my head was not fully dyed to match the other side, so Ashley sent me back in and fixed it for free!
