My tans are always phenomenal. No streaking, or the dreaded orange look. The solution she uses is perfect. I've had her tan 3 of my friends and each one loved their tans just as much as I love mine. The tan also wears off well. Some can get very blotchy and make your skin look like you have scales...not with her tans. Kim is truly the best at her job.

Very convenient if you live close by like we do. Parking: I come to Sephora often which is right next door so there is always ample parking. Staff: front desk staff were friendly and greeted me upon arrival. Mersha - was my therapist. Experience: only caveat was that I was booked with Derick at 3:15 and apparently he didn't work on Saturday which was Valentine's Day. Mersha was waiting for me at 3 but I was taking my time because I figured I was early. No one informed her or I that my appt was moved up and my massage was cut 15 minutes early which no one apologized for. Again, I didn't fault my therapist but the staff should have informed me or my partner initially and I could have arrived earlier to get my full experience. To be clear, UNDER THE $10...I WOULD HAVE VISITED 3X PER WEEK (I wanted to tan before the outdoor pool open in May) with $19 I would have went once per wk. I feel regardless if a company switches over (for example ) if your renting and agreed to what you are willing to pay per month and a new company takes over in the middle of your lease, you wouldn't expect the new company to raise your rent/mortgage in the middle of your prior agreement. duh, you would think it's unfair.
