Customer service is awful, would give 0 stars if I could. Girls are disrespectful and rude. When I call about questions they simple say they have no idea. Why work here then? I've been in the tanning industry for years and never seen such awful customer service. read more

I love this location. It's super close to my house, and all the folks that work here behind the counter are awesome. They're friendly and extremely helpful, don't mind showing how a bed works or explaining more about the lotions they sell and letting you give them a smell test. I really appreciate that the management here believes in good customer service at this Palm Beach. I've never found any problem with the beds or the rooms not being clean. When I got my first spray tan done the booth room was stocked up with the freebies used for protecting your hair, nostrils, and lips. Nines times out of ten I've never had to worry about getting the bed I want right away, nor have I had to wait long for a bed to be cleaned so I could use it. This is the first time I've ever had a tanning membership and I've been incredibly happy with the experience so far. Definitely will suggest Palm Beach to others looking for that summer look. read more

The girls here are awesome! They are super friendly and willing to help. No, it doesn't matter if you're as dark as the Marlboro man or as light & ginger-y as Annie, they'll answer any questions you might have about tanning. No attitudes here, just excellent customer service! Don't forget to ask if they're running specials on lotion, or even just lotion packets. Depending on your membership level, you might be eligible for automatic discounts on your purchases. For example, I have the platinum level membership, so I'm entitled 30% products. Went to the 27th and cornhusker Palm beach tan the other day. There were three girls behind the counter and all of them were so snotty and rude to me I wanted to just walk out. I recently got my tanning package activated again and I am a diamond member, which is the highest you can be, and there are many perks that I get for being one. I am supposed to get unlimited spray tans and tanning in any beds. I also spent 200 dollars on the "pull five" product deal they were doing. I am also supposed to get one free add on with my spray tans, which is what I asked for so I didn't look like a pumpkin. When I asked for an add on, not only did they tell me they didn't have the one I was requesting but that I would have to pay for it. They seemed really annoyed that I wanted to tan AND spray tan in the first place, but when I told them I was supposed to get an add on for free, they all started talking and couldn't figure it out but came to the conclusion that I am not supposed to. So I turned out a little more orange than I wanted with my spray tan but luckily it will fade but was just more unhappy with the seriously rude attitudes the employees there had. Needless to say, I left unsatisfied and went back to the south 56th location today. I told one of the girls there about my experience, and she was appalled. She put a credit on my account to apologize and said she was so sorry that my experience there was bad. I told her that I was thankful for the credit and she didn't have to do that but it really does show that when you have a positive experience somewhere, you will continue to go there. And I will share with all my tanning friends that i don't recommend the cornhusker location. I go tanning to relax and have some "me time", and the cornhusker location is full of cliquey girls and didn't provide anything relaxing with their rudeness and scowling faces. read more
