I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and ultimately I was the one who had to leave and cancel my membership after many years. I understand that personal situations can be complex, but when they affect members' comfort and trust, I believe they should be handled with greater care and accountability. What was just as frustrating as the repairs themselves has been the lack of communication and follow-through from Artison. Scheduling warranty work, getting updates, and receiving responses required repeated follow-ups on our part. Artison would often blame subcontractors, however, it is their responsibility to prioritize and oversee the work of their subcontractors. This is the first negative Google review I have ever done on a company, but we want people looking to get a pool to be informed as we would not have used them had we known about the quality and communication issues.

On day 7, I still have some color remaining. I would definitely come back.
