These girls that work here are the sweetest most kind yet comical bunch all rolled in one. My issues came down to circulation in the spray room and basic unsanitary conditions. They didn't give me anything for my feet, and I had to step into the booth with bare feet. It was slippery and not clean at all. I got tanning product all over the bottoms of my feet from sliding around in it. Plus the room was excessively hot so even though the machine has a drying session built in. I was sweating and wet when trying to get dressed, which, is not good for spray tan right after having it, as it can be inconsistent if rubbed or gotten wet. ALSO, the actual machine itself was sweating onto me, dropping large droplets of liquid onto me during tan spray time and the drying time. The entire thing was really gross. watch your bank statements, on July 25th closed account IN person. Aug still took money from my bank account. called the 1888 number on the website. Said was fixed. Sept came out twice. Oct 25th went in person to find out what the problem was. why is it not canceled. the little girl tells me with a smirk. should have emailed. nothing I can do. 334$ and oh well. with a smirk. so I went in person,called and went in person again. I don't often write reviews however, the service at this particular establishment is beyond phenomenal. The entire staff is knowledgeable, eager to help with any questions and might be the most positive and upbeat workers I've come across in any business. Whoever hires for this company should be proud of the people they have brought in to work here. I'm beyond happy with each and every experience I've had at Palm Beach Tan. If I could leave a -0 score I would. A employee that was completely rude on several occasions And was overheard making fun of my daughter when she came to tan And when I tried to discuss this with the manager She claimed to know everything that happened even though the employee said that she wasn't there. The manager basically told me to go to a different location. I would not recommend this place to anybody. I honestly just want my money returned At this point because I will never step foot in there again. read more

I was really impressed for how friendly the front desk girls were for a tanning salon! I came in near the end of the night and they did not try to hurry me up, they happily answered my questions and helped me pick out a lotion to fit my needs and we're super sweet. They were honest and didn't try to just sell me the most expensive one. They have different levels of beds and I went in a gold level one which is third down from the best bed, and it was still great and I got a good amount of UV light. read more
