Avoid at all costs! Incompetent, unavailable. Nurse Silva knows very little about actual medicine in my opinion. Over dramatizes everything and gives horrible referrals who can't see you for months and don't take your insurance. Waste of time. read more

Erika Gottlieb is an excellent clinician and caring person. That is where the good ends with this practice. The office is incompetent, rude, and unhelpful. For nearly 4 years, I have been a patient here and not once have I had a prescription filled properly. The result is often several days without medicine while I embark on a wild goose chase around Delray/ Boynton trying to figure out where they sent the medicine with no help from the actual office. Surprise bills are constant and always my responsibility to clean up. Sadly, I must say that given the sheer incompetence of the office staff, this is a place to avoid. read more

This Palm Beach Wellness is a scam. I went twice. I did not like them at all. They wanted me to sign a form that said I would agree to be part of some club that they could charge me for working on my case without my knowledge or permission. I would not sign it. I told them in August 2019 I would not be coming back. In March/April 2020 I received 2 bills that had already been paid by Medicare for consulting work September and November 2019. When I asked what that was they told me that my Cardiologist had requested a patient plan from them. So this was work they could charge me for, even though I never had a care plan with them. And had not seen them in months. I called my cardiologist and they only had one request from PB Wellness that was for patient records. NOTHING else was in my file for PB Wellness. I was referred by that cardiologist to another internal medicine doctor in August 2019 so why would he request a plan from Dr. Dudley. He did not. And would never. They were building fake Billables since doctors were having problems seeing patients because of COVID. It is a way to have income. Most people don't question it. I told them these were not accurate charges. I will not pay. Medicare should not either. I forwarded this information to Medicare claims for audit. They did not investigate thoroughly just taking the word of PB Wellness. I will take it to the next level. This is unethical, illegal and goes against everything good doctors represent. Scams are everywhere. This is one you should avoid. I spent years as a Care Manager for the Elderly working with all kinds of doctors. There are many like this in SoFl. Just be aware. Find the good caring doctors. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is the absolute biggest scam I have ever experienced and I'll tell you why. Some doctors are great and want to help patients, others just are about the money. I do not like writing negative reviews but I almost feel I need to warn others of the covertly shady practices in this office. I've waited for months before writing this to attempt every avenue to rectify and understand what was going on. I decided to go to this office because it was closer to my house than my previous primary care. After waiting months for an appointment, I finally go for my yearly wellness. I see the medical assistant who took my BP and ARNP who listened to my heart and recommend intermittent fasting to me after I asked her if my weight was an issue (I probably should to lose 10-20 lbs). I then sat and waited for bloodwork and while I was waiting the main physician introduced himself. I will say the woman who did my blood work did an amazing job and was very professional and kind. So some time after my appointment I get a bill. It says I owe my $20 copay (which they didn't ask for in office). $20 is not a big deal so I almost go to pay it when I start thinking something isn't right. I cannot recall in any recent years where I paid for a wellness visit. Thinking it must be a mistake, I call the billing department. No answer. Over a month or two I try to get in contact. No answer. I look at my claim online and see they charge for a wellness exam & doctors visit and they charged the insurance almost $450. Weird because I went once to the office just for a wellness visit. Continue to try to get in contact, nothing. Finally see a message from PB Wellness saying they're contacting me back, no other info. I call back, nothing. I call insurance company, they reach out, and get no response. I am continuing to get emails and texts I owe them money, but can't seem to talk to them. I've gone to Cleveland Clinic in the past and looked at their claims, $330 charged to insured for wellness and I never owed anything, and in those appointments I've talked in depth about medical issues and gotten blood work. So you're telling me for a simplified version of a visit they got over $100 more? Even if they are in their right to charge this way, they are billing in a way not typical of any doctor I've heard of, seemingly to try and make as much money as possible (even more than a huge profitable office like Cleveland Clinic) and looks like hoping patients don't bother thinking too much about their portion charged to them. Their lack of care by their providers is evident and their desire to make as much money as possible is even more clear. Their communication is non existent and never in my life would I recommend anyone go here if they want quality medical care or fair payment. For me it is not about the copay. It's about the lack of quality and making the maximum profit possible that they can off of me. If you stuck out this long to read all of this, I appreciate it and just hope I saved you a headache & some money. If PB Wellness would like to give me a call and finally give me an explanation as to the charges I'd greatly appreciate it. read more

Just left their office both new front desk ( never dealt with her before)and manager were horrible to me. Actually embarrassed me too. They lost two patients today. I have been a patient of this office and of Carol and Duddley for 3 years. Never have I had an issue with any of their front desk girls. Today I came in with an infection and felt ill. The girl in the front was trying to confirm my appointment I have gave my correct address and sat down. The address didn't come up as valid. So I gave it to her again and said yeah that's the address. Then she opened the window by their waiting area. Spoke very loud and was saying "I'm confused you gave me all these different addresses." When she was reading them to me. She read a address I never gave them and I said I never gave you that address. Normally not rude or loud... I'm sick I'm not going to be sunny I'm also not understanding my address is an issue. I was just there a month ago!!!!!!!! She said, " you need to calm down I'm just doing my job." All I did was tell her I'm not doing anything I'm telling you that I never gave you that address. She again told me I didn't need to speak loud to her?!! When she was the one louder then me in the first place.i told her that too I said you realize you are the one who is being loud?!! I didn't yell all I did was speak to her. I gave her my new address and sat down. Asked if we had anymore issues because she was being rude. After she went to her manager and told her to complete my check-in. The manager asked me for my I'd. I told her my address is different in my license. Again I repeated my address then I told her since she was the manager that her new front desk was rude to me. She then said "all my girls are well trained." I told her you might want to retrain her. She said excused me I again repeated myself. Then the manager of this dr office told me." Well she said you where being kinda rough?" How?? Because I told her that wasn't my address? Then she kept blaming me for the indecent. That is when I did get upset asked for my copay. I can get my files until I get a release from a new dr. I'm upset because I am I'll I have a infection and now Because of a little girl who was maybe 20. Who isn't good at customer service at all. I can't see the dr today. All the other front desk people have been amazing with me and my husband. The manager too is rude and needs to be trained. I told her I worked in customer service and she smiled and said o really? Then she tried to say that her front desk maybe sounded Loud because the second window was open. Carol, I will miss her... she is the only reason I would go to this place. I'm looking for a er urgent care now. read more
