The store in Boynton Beach is just 4 miles away…read more I walked in and the short chubby dark-haired guy didn't even get up from his chair and asked, "here to pay your bill?". I said no, I'm here to return a phone I just bought online. He rudely told me he could not help me with returning the phone, but maybe I could try another store (still not bothering to even leave his comfy chair). I walked out in a huff because the rep I had spoken to on the phone the day before said I could return it to my local store. I then called ATT from my car in front of the store and the rep asked me to go into the store again so she could speak with him about erasing my phone so I could return it by mail. He refused to wipe my phone OR speak with the ATT rep (he told me he was not allowed to speak with her, but she later told me he lied). She also said I should report him to ATT as she heard the entire exchange and thought it totally inappropriate with regard to dealing with a customer). I plan do so and also to leave ATT as a customer because of this type of confusion, attitude and "beyond poor" customer "service". More like customer dismissal. By the way, the other rep in the store did nothing to intervene on my behalf. If I owned that store both employees would be fired in a flash. 'Nuff said.

I originally came in just to get the back off because one of the screws were completely stripped beyond repair. I needed a new screen on the thing because the touchscreen was broken. I had the new screen and backplate for it and I asked since he had the back off would he mind putting the new screen on as well. He took it on and got it done and everything works just as it did! True lifesavers honestly! I also got a screen protector from them and they were quick with putting it on! 10/10 would recommend I'd give more than 5 stars if I could!

This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

SUPER SERVICE & SUPER PRICES…read more This place is a hole in the wall you will be telling your friends about. The first time I went there there was a line of 5 people waiting for service. In NYC there is a saying "People don't wait in line unless it's worth it". This place was worth it. He took my phone told me come back in 30-40 minutes so I walked around Atlantic ave and checked out some of the local shops. When I came back he had opened my phone and reconnected the battery and didn't want any money ( of course I paid him). NO advertising and NO big rent = a great price from a super nice guy!
