There was one minor issue--the crew didn't arrive on the originally scheduled day (we assumed it was due to thunderstorms), and no one reached out to confirm. But after I called, they were very responsive and got us back on the schedule quickly. When the crew did arrive, they were on time, professional, and efficient. They did a fantastic job with the removals and pruning, took care of a couple of extra tasks, and left our yard immaculate. Not a twig left behind!
