Pharmacy staff are actually happy to see you, very helpful and a HUGE plus, my prescriptions are actually significantly cheaper. This was my first visit so my expectations weren't very high. I was SUPER excited to have my insurance verified and my scripts ready in LESS than 5 minutes. I was in shock and disbelief. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm immune compromised, so that fact that EVERY pharmacist had a tight fitting, properly worn mask was a HUGE plus and made me feel so much more comfortable. This time it was for a new Apple laptop. The clerk checked asked for my name, checked on the shelves behind the counter, asked if I had a tracking number (didn't have it on me), tried to get the handheld device to work. She then went over to the spot where more packages are stored which is right next to the kiosks and seating for people to print their own photos. She found the package, went back to her device, had lots of trouble getting it to work, then asked me to sign the device. I asked her "Don't you need to see an ID". Her reply "You gave me your last name.". This store is a "Porch Pirate's Dream". Someone can come in, pretend they're working on their photos, glance over, remember the name and address on a box, go to the front and have a clerk give it to them! "Porch Pirates" know what a high value box looks like; laptops are relatively the same size box with a big battery warning icon on it. About a year ago I had to go there to get a package from Leica - a very expensive camera and lens, around $16,000. Clerk didn't even attempt to use a handheld device, said they don't keep logs of what packages come and go, found my package in a pile, gave it to me - no ID and no signature!

Today, 7/13/22, I picked up my CVS First aid item for $3 off and, by buying additional first aid items (up to $12 or more), I earned $3. I picked up some vitamins, and with my extra care pass ($60 a year for $10 saving each month on ANYTHING), I also got 20% off my 3 CVS items. I had $5 extra rewards for filling 10 prescriptions, and I had my $10 monthly care pass savings, so my total bill was only $6.12. THIS is why I shop at CVS - good products and great prices & rewards!
