I've been using this medication for over one year, you'd think they'd have in stock by now. I need this medication every day for my condition, usually it's 2-3 days late. It was guaranteed to me the medication would arrive Thurs, now they're telling me Monday after I explicitly said I was going out of town for 3 weeks and wanted to put a rush on it. Meanwhile the medication is in stock in Largo and I , I could have easily picked it up there yesterday. This is simply unacceptable.

Long story short he has been filling controlled substances to my wife for years to me. He is required for every controlled substances to ask for ID. Never once do he ask me and for all he knows I could have been selling them in the streets. We get in an argument about the price of the drugs and he refuses to fill the script. After having him cuss me out and giving me the middle finger 4 times I leave. I go to Walgreens with the script and they not only asked for ID but called my wife's doctor and my wife. I didn't mind, I was treated with respect. The script was filled and the next thing I get home and my wife is in tears because this jerk threatened to call the Dea on her!!! She had a valid script and he is the one the Dea needs to talk to. You can't fill a controlled substance script without proper authentication and he is the one the Dea needs to look into. The one that really got me was a pack of beer I grabbed that was about six months expired. I let the store know, and a couple months later I went back and the exact same expired pack was still on the shelf. I'm not trying to bash anyone- I just hope management actually takes a look at what's going on. People should be able to trust that the products they're buying are being rotated and aren't sitting on the shelves long after they should have been. My biggest concern is that if this is how the rest of the store is being managed, I really hope the pharmacy is held to a much higher standard. That's what worries us the most.

So I wait my turn while the only zombie employee at the register SLOWLY walks two old people through their very long process, literally 10 long minutes. Finally.... it's my turn! As I walk to his register another employee walks up and calls the next person behind me. Im standing at this zombie's register as he is keying in something on his register, not acknowledging me at all, when he finally says to me as he finishes keying in his task, then literally walks away and mumbles "Im out of here!" So here Ive waited my turn, Ive gone up to his register waiting as he is keying in his task,, and instead of telling me before I walked over or even as I approached, he waited until I was standing there, until after I assume he clocked out, and then tells me. Unnecessary and extremely rude "gotcha moment," for whatever was his reasoning. Of course then I had to wait while the other cashier finished with the customer that was behind me until I could be helped. As I left the store, he was standing at the front register. So I went up to him and told him he was rude for doing that. He yells "Well I didnt call you to my register!" like Im supposed to know to stand at the line like an obedient puppy waiting to be called by the master, lol. Are there posted instructions directing paying customers to wait until theyre called somewhere, because I missed that memo. Im done with this horrible pharmacy and the crappy rude zombies who work there. Already transferred my monthly prescriptions, Im done! BOOOOOOOOO!!! alll the pharmacy employees take lunch at the same exact time and shut the pharmacy down. It's an unusual business practice, inconvenient to customers who dont know (because it's unusual), and then when it is 2pm and supposed to be open.....the employees come straggling in one at a time after 2:03. 2:04, 2:05....whenever they feel good and ready I guess. No apology to the 15 customers waiting for them to open back up just a grumbling "are you picking up." Pharmacy staff are actually happy to see you, very helpful and a HUGE plus, my prescriptions are actually significantly cheaper. This was my first visit so my expectations weren't very high. I was SUPER excited to have my insurance verified and my scripts ready in LESS than 5 minutes. I was in shock and disbelief. The pharmacist was EXTREMELY nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm immune compromised, so that fact that EVERY pharmacist had a tight fitting, properly worn mask was a HUGE plus and made me feel so much more comfortable. PH pharmacy was great! I had to get my daughter tested for Covid due to her elementary school…read morebanning her for having the sniffles (she has severe environmental allergies). PH Pharmacy had many open appointment times that were convenient for me and made the process quick and easy. I booked the test appointment online and provided the payment card. All fees were disclosed and explained on the website. When I arrived I stayed in my car per instructions and called the pharmacy to let them know we had arrived. The pharmacist came out with the test and was very polite and caring towards my 9 year old daughter, also tried to be as gentle as she could while swabbing her nose. I was handed my receipt and told that I didn't have to wait there if I didn't want to. They called me and emailed my daughters results. I am not sure how they handle positive cases as my daughter was negative and didn't need much more info beyond that result. I'm sure the pharmacist would provide any additional information needed for people who test positive. I liked that PH Pharmacy had a rapid PCR test that only took 40 minutes to get the lab results. Many other places only have the rapid antigen test which is less reliable.
