Lauren and Valery make things simple. The first buyer flaked out and Lauren was able to work through getting the earnest money released. (One would think that's immediate, but unfortunately it's not that simple.) The second transaction was a little smoother but still -- like almost all real estate transactions -- the buyer likes to renegotiate what was already a great buy. Horrible attorney..stay away! I heard her whispering to the title company for a larger back door hidden commission fee from title company stating "He barely speaks and reads English and moma needs a new car." I kindly asked her to give me a receipt for all the charges she charged me and she rudley stated "I don't do that!" According to my new attorney "she did not give me a receipt because she did not want me to see the $2000 in fees she received from the title company." read more
