Five stars just doesn't seem…read morelike enough to rate somebody who played such a vital part in helping my child overcome the fear, anxiety and debilitation of OCD. My son has struggled with anxiety since he was four, often developing little ticks that only his dad and I noticed. It seemed harmless though as each tick only lasted a couple months. At 6, he became very anxious going to school and in social situations. This became a bit worrisome, so we began trying to talk through ways to help him feel more comfortable with the big goal being him going onto the playground before school (big scary stuff for him). After a school year of working up to the big goal, he still wasn't ready and we tabled the goal for 2nd grade. During summer break (2015), what we thought was only anxiety went from bad to worse. He began hurting himself repeatedly without any ability or control to stop it. He would stick his finger to the back of his throat over and over until his throat was red and raw. My husband and I had to monitor our son 24 hours a day to help him overcome the urges, and it seemed like it was almost causing him pain to deny them. We called Kimberly immediately and she made room for us to come in in just a few days. After meeting him, Kimberly diagnosed him with OCD. The first day our son met Kimberly, he came out of therapy with more hope and peace than we'd seen in days. He was literally armed with tools to help him through what we now know were compulsions. The tools were effective and practical and began to work immediately. After approximately 3 months of therapy, our family was fully equipped with the tools and knowledge to support my son and we only schedule occasional check-ins with Kimberly. Degan, our son, has only had one instance since our last appointment with a compulsion, but he quickly utilized the tools Kimberly gave him and overcame it in seconds. And shortly after his last appointment, my son stepped onto the playground at school 10 full minutes before the bell. Yes, this is a long review, but I imagine our story will resonate with many of you and I hope you let Kimberly get you to a happier ending like us!

Since the day we started I knew that call would end up being one of the best things I have ever done and that she was going to be a great fit. I can truly recommend Dr. Linden for his thorough diagnostic assessment and targeted treatment plan for me. Dr. Linden's facility is the only one in California with the A.P.N. machine (anti-concussion machine) which is successfully and currently being used on impact sports players. This is the machine that really started turning my brain around. Unlike the other doctors, he tested me every few months to see where my brain waves were at and readjusted my treatment for targeted results. It was his continual assessment that created constant positive change. At my last brain mapping and QEEG, the results were phenomenal. Dr. Linden and his staff showed me in detail how my brain had improved 95% in the cognitive area, comparing it to my first brain mapping. A deep heartfelt thank you to Rose, the office manager and highly experienced assistant to Dr. Linden, who personally did the majority of my actual treatments. Her input, encouragement, and compassion were so helpful and healing in my life. Rose is in the middle of getting her psychology degree and unlike so many technicians in her field she is knowledgeable and intuitive on many levels and was a key player in all my success. I also must mention Jolie, who handles all the responsibilities of the front desk. She will answer all of your questions when you call the first time. Jolie works hand and glove with Dr. Linden to set up appropriate appointments and seminars! You do need to be consistent, coming once or twice a week for an extended period of time depending on your condition. The money I have spent here was well worth being able to focus, learn, work, and enjoy my life!

(Our Mistake) During his time with this Dr. the appointment was never more than 20 minutes and the doctor was completely distracted and could not remember from 1 appointment to the next anything historically they had spoke about. He nor his receptionist (More on this later) will never pick up the phone and when we requested a written statement for our son to bring to his college for his IEP it took the doctor 2 months at the minimum after repeated calls to get the letter, well into my sons second semester of college. At that point we found out that temporarily he could not prescribe medicine for some sort of mixup with his license. Once we got the medicine we got to overnight it to him at college because he couldnt electronically send a prescription. His receptionist will talk to you as if you owe them something and then continue to bill your credit card without authorization telling you to teach your child to be more responsible. Run from this doctor and find someone that cares about you as a patient. He is just there to bill you and move to the next sucker.
